That's absolutely correct unless they've got a conviction for very serious crimes that were aware of if they tell us that there are -- if -- under 31 years of age they tell us anyway that -- are under 31 years of age.

We're obligated to let him go and we cannot but we can't ask for any type of -- any kind of verification.

And like I said for us right now we think there's a whole lot of folks out there that are dreamers that are using this as a means to avoid arrest and deportation.

They're dictating our policy.

And they're working with immigrants advocacy groups special interest groups to dictate our rest policies on the street.

Our security protocols within our detention centers and is law enforcement officers we have absolutely no input it.

On what's happening -- absolutely do not want to hear from us we've let him know that.

And they continue to shut us out a Chris is this the only thing you can do to let the people know what's going on your kids really tied.

How well our hands absolutely are tied and you know that's one of the things it's important to us and in regards to having a union and because it does give -- very limited protection for those union folks to go out and talk on behalf of our officers and agents.

If one of our officers goes out and speaks publicly that's not not any union capacity.

They will be fired immediately.
