Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Mario Molina from the fox -- weather center with your forecast for.

A southern plains as well as a southwest and it is gonna be another hot day out.

Across parts of the plains into parts of Texas and also Louisiana widespread triple digits again.

Shreveport Louisiana you're expecting a high a 101109.

In Dallas Texas and Oklahoma City -- scorching hot high temperature today a 112 degrees.

We seen some high records -- high temperature records being broken out across parts of the -- simply because of how hot it's been out there Amarillo and Midland.

Expecting high temperature at a 105 degrees this afternoon otherwise as we head westward.

We actually a little bit cooler out across parts of the desert southwest and parts of the plains -- Vegas 96 for your high temperature.

And one O three over in Phoenix some of you guys are a little bit cooler today -- -- after the highest 75.

Did you some showers and storms that are lingering across the area and that's -- bought some of that sunshine.

And help to -- eyes off just a little bit otherwise as far as rainfall -- not much of that across Texas Oklahoma or even Louisiana we're talking like this a lot of sunshine.

And those hot temperatures as we head west where those showers and storms once again across parts of the southern.

And also the central Rockies a good news though is -- we're actually not expecting downforce to be as heavy.

As well we saw basically -- the last couple of days.

Specifically in Arizona where we did have to deal with some flash flooding yesterday during the overnight hours so again today that activities lining up just a little bit.

NASA head into Thursday went to get a chance for more showers and storms across the four corners region but.
