Welcome back the Obama administration.

It's the administration rather says it they don't have a policy a war on cold -- do you remember.

When he said this in 2008.

If somebody wants to build -- our -- they can is just that it will bankrupt them because they're gonna.

Be charged a huge sum.

Well now coworkers and brilliant Ohio are paying attention because many of -- Are about to be out of war and big coal plant they are shutting down five years earlier than expected.

And the owner says it's entirely because of the president's policies.

Fox News radio -- sanitized it's joins us now with more on this story Todd what is going on here.

A lot of people are very concerning coal mining country about the Obama administration's policies.

In regards to the coal industry and they truly believe there is a war.

On the cold this this community and Ohio brilliant.

Ohio they're actually facing an entire shut down five years early because of the Obama administration's policies.

-- one on -- But is that true because White House spokesman Clark Stevens says US coal miners more -- working this year than in any year since 97 they also say US coal exports rose 31%.

Over the previous year so is that closure because of the administration.

Don't we hear what we -- with the administration is saying but this is not it's not squaring up of what's happening boots on the ground.

I happen to be in -- west Virginia community.

A couple of weeks ago.

And talk to people who are very concerned about losing their jobs some have already started losing their jobs and they're saying it is a direct result of what the Obama administration is doing.

I just listen to some of those residents.

When you can't get a permit.

And when they start changing the rules in midstream.

When you have a permit and they Vito the permanently taken away.

And that's an attack.

And so that impacts this area very much our coal miners don't you know.

But I don't want a handout they want permit to work you wouldn't believe when you -- it all up in -- -- time element they will really lose your job that coal miner.

-- -- -- just back within.

The last four months -- unemployment shot from seven.

12%.

If you look at the prices I was I was looking at this last night -- the price per megawatt right now I sixteen dollars yeah and 2015 it's going to be a 136.

Dollars a megawatt so.

Quite an increase these companies just can't keep up.

No they can't and look the reason why all of us should be concerned is because our electric bills are going to go up but they keep shutting down these plants and back to this point.

The Obama admitted administration says are more -- jobs.

-- Boone county West Virginia win when Obama was elected the unemployment rate was 4%.

Right now the unemployment rate in that community is 12%.

So human Denver's number jobs are.

Well this how they -- bigger factor is this in the election do you believe it obviously in West Virginia.

Is it more widespread than that I believe it as I wrote a book called dispatches from bitter America -- talked about this particular region of the country.

The president talked about these people being bitter cleaners.

-- at this particular county Boone county voted for Barack Obama back in 2008 they voted for him they believed in the hope and change he promised.

In 2000.

In 2000 well whenever they did the primary just a couple of months back.

The that county voted for the federal inmates instead of President Obama right you remember there's a bit wacky.

Well is this legal -- a politician do this.

He's doing it and he promised his -- but is he doing this because he's pushing natural energy.

He certainly is and and that's just what I can do and I just -- up prices and put people out of and it's just not working look.

You are what Vice President Biden -- on the campaign trail no clean coal.

They set it and -- following pearl Mac office -- be an issue less than a hundred days that test arms Fox News radio correspondent thanks for being here thanks got.
