-- senator Harry Reid's -- All Mitt Romney saying that he did not pay taxes for ten years according to -- also of the senators whom he will not.

Now a team and just did you think the media has condom sort of being a part of this story in -- -- you have so.

Well it's no secret that the media is really bias toward sensationalism.

And what we've seen time and time again throughout this election cycle.

Is Democrats really taking advantage of that and doing small things like this or the immigration announcement or the gay marriage announcement.

That really takes over the -- cycle for about a day and move the conversation away from the economy.

It's actually a pretty good political move but at the end of the day you really have to say that the media is sort of complicit in this and that's something that they admit.

A lot of these articles follow it about about -- comments they note that at least Reid has really brought this issue back.

Into the headlines after it was -- So law so that the how of the I mean how serious and that issue is this in terms of the media eight in your view I assume holding senator Reid to -- and home -- -- I think the media has.

Actually for the most part been pretty responsible holding into account.

You know you saw Dana Milbank who is -- pretty left leaning columnist for the Washington Post going after him and really taking on the part.

We also saw Jon Stewart who can typically view of what -- upon as someone who leans left.

Really going after this and at the end of the day we've really just seeing a lot of people piling on and this and saying that this is something that's just not fair.

You know I I think there would have been a bigger reaction.

Had -- been a Republican who did it you know we saw definitely Michelle Bachmann get smacked down pretty hard when she.

I was making some pretty baseless comments as well but you know overall I do think the media has.

Been that he had been -- preacher -- when it comes to the charge itself as more of the coverage I think it's up for debate.

Right Brad -- I knew would you would you agree that the coverage of this is being skewed in general I I do and and I do agree with Justin but I also take a step further.

When Michelle Bachmann went off the reservation it was Republicans who denounced her and there isn't any denunciation on the part of Democrats.

For read abusing.

His power by taking on really a private individual from -- from the well of the senate it's unprecedented and it goes beyond the pale.

But this is part of the 3-D strategy.

But the Democrats have invoked.

Distract away from their own abysmal record distort Romney's record and divide the American people.

And I think as as far as Harry Reid is concerned I think it's backfired I think the American people like that.

Kind of behavior by a a person using an official capacity for partisan -- So it's just tonight and often.

Like enjoy disagreeing with you just for the sake of -- affair about a business on these segments that it is -- hot tea.

Justify.

I think from any point of view hey you did that the sort of comments.

That senator Reid is making it does take you back to the old.

You -- -- do you did you when did you last beat your wife and question and also I think.

I was -- -- told us about this in the late Lyndon Johnson I think it was.

I had a story -- to suggested when he was running for some office in Texas that they should make his opponent denied that he had Connell knowledge of the pigs on his bomb.

Nobody was true but they should just make -- denied anyway.

It -- to its all -- politics isn't it.

-- -- -- It certainly is dirty politics but really hasn't.

You know proven time and time again that he is a lot stronger than his soft spoken nature would.

Really suggest when it comes to getting down in the mud.

But you know really that the media has had such a low tolerance for these kind of baseless claims you know whatever some analysts think this happens whenever somebody says that the burden of proof.

Is on you on you know usually see echoes of McCarthyism and you know that's that's sort of -- -- the gets tossed around a lot but -- Is that kind of tactic that's being used here you know it's it's as you mentioned it's one of those how long you've been beating your wife when.

That's right all right just conduct of -- already -- so it's good to see it just didn't I do.
