Well right now there's a major push to overhaul the election process in the city of Anaheim California and this is in the wake of two fatal shootings.

And bombing -- police the incident further inflaming tensions between law enforcement.

And the city's diverse very diverse Latino population now activists say something needs to change to a much nestled in Anaheim with a preview.
