It seems that the role that super pacs -- used to be played in some ways by RNC and DNC.

Well actually not really think that that's misconception.

That that Republican National Committee historically has played a very big role on the ground yeah everyone hears about the ground game it's the campaign -- is the staffers on the ground making the phone calls.
