And I think that's the case today.

Last November governor Romney gave a speech on intolerable reform not much watched at the time -- much attention paid to it.

But in -- he embraced the idea of reform of these big social institutions reform of the budget process a serious effort to reduce -- deficit.

He talked earlier this spring about tax reform by his choice today he signaled that this is going to be the focus of his fall campaign a reform conservatism.

Aimed at getting the country's fiscal house in order.

And Paul Ryan will be an excellent partner to for governor Romney in this effort.

It also said he's you -- he had a choice of boulder comfortable yet another choice political or governing.

How he chose bold and he chose governing but I think that's gonna serve him well and in the remaining months of the campaign.

Carl I asked Joseph Trippi this from the strategists point of view.

What does this do to states obviously Wisconsin perhaps changes a few points.

But here in Florida where I'm sitting does it change the equation.

You know I know Democrats are gonna jump on this and say well you know we did so well that television ad in which we had a Paul Ryan like character pushing grandma over the cliff.

There will be able to -- do much better among seniors -- first -- seniors are deeply concerned about the deficit and Paul Ryan will be able to patiently explained to them.

What what McGahee and governor Romney -- as you said earlier urges -- several commentators had earlier said.

Governor Romney's endorse the house budget.

But let's take Medicare for example.

We're spent -- 500 billion dollars a year on Medicare this year 503 billion dollars the -- house budget plan contemplates in ten years.

Spending 855.

Billion dollars in to -- ten years from now on.

Medicare about a 70% increase in what it what -- the annual outlays but what it does is it calls for spending about 3% less -- we would otherwise.

Be spending and by doing that and other changes we're able to bring the budget into balance by 2035.

And put America on a path to fiscal health to did the president has no plan to ever -- about his plan.

Calls for ever increasing deficits.

A much bigger than those for example would that would that there and do Greece is suffering under today so.

-- Paul Ryan will be able to patiently explain this is a great campaign -- he and he he -- his district was carried by Barack Obama.

Al Gore and Bill Clinton twice.

And yet he wins consistently with.

In the mid to high sixties and that's because he's able to frame these issues and does it describe them.

And it shows -- both -- -- governor Romney you're gonna carry the fight to the Democrats on this issue of of the deficit spending and America's America's growth.
