This campaign won't be the first time congressman Paul Ryan is taking -- President Obama and vice president Joseph Biden.

-- when he ten health care summit congressman Ryan sliced apart Obama care.

We agreed that status quo is unsustainable it's got to get fixed.

It's bankrupting families it's bankrupting our government.

It's hurting families with pre existing conditions we all want to fix this but we don't think that this is the answer to the solution.

And all of the analysis we get proves that point.

Now I'll just simply say this and in I would respectfully disagree with it with the vice president.

About what the American people aren't saying or whether -- qualified to speak on their behalf.

So the we are all representatives -- the America people we all -- town hall meetings we all talk truck constituents.

And I've got to tell you the American people are engaged.

And if you think they want a government takeover of health care I would respectfully submit -- not listening to them.

So we simply want to do is start over we're -- clean -- paper.

Move through these issues step by step and fix them and bring down health care costs and it's not raise them and that's basically the point.

-- exam -- chief political correspondent Byron York was at today's Romney Ryan rally in Manassas Virginia he joins us nice to see Byron.

Here I'm four get to the rally it's bending the extent that body language they did look like President Obama or vice president -- particular interest in what doesn't represent had to say.

No Paul Ryan also set obamacare was full of gimmicks and smoke and mirrors and if you look at the the look on president Obama's face I think you saw how how it was registering with him.

They've been it's -- each -- back and forth for quite awhile that that was one of the early examples.

Then we had the president.

Give a speech about the Ryan budget invited Paul Ryan's in the audience and then completely denounce the but I do that.

That mean and remember who I was certain gas but it seemed really -- -- one -- we -- like someone's possibly.

He was sort of a special guest of the president's right and then the president -- even you know eviscerate the pro -- it mean it was it was insulting I thought -- may disagree with and that's fine.

But I it was something more than that.

Well here again -- had this bad blood from the gimmicks and smoke and mirrors about obamacare -- certainly.

It.

The president is certainly for you say whatever he wants to say about the Ryan budget it was personally inviting.

Paul Ryan sit in the audience who did it did heat and that and orchestrated that went up to visit -- is obviously Stephanie because it was so crude to the congressman.

You know it disappear if you think there was a staff.

Eric did think that was deliberate by the president.

I tend to think the president knows what he's doing whatever he says something.

Like that it's he clearly intended to I think to do that.

In the -- since then the president has been talking a lot about the budget.

And he's he's said many times similar versions of what he said there which is there's nothing serious about a budget that you know to takes money from.

For Medicare to give it to the very rich in the form of big tax cuts I -- he said that over and over and over and you're gonna hear it.

Forever until November.

I'm talking about today is and you covered then this race a lot since the -- was sick any appreciable difference -- always exciting with someone new gets in the race but is it is it more than that or not.

I thought that was a real energy -- this was actually the last of three rallies from the day it was in Manassas Virginia outside Washington.

Big energy boost Romney seem to be loose.

Ryan seem to be loose their message seem to go together.

And Romney actually did quite well you know he's been trying to boil down his message.

-- -- got a lot of prison criticism over in recent weeks that you know he had doubt he'd been very good at criticizing President Obama that he hadn't been explaining what he wanted to.

Please boiled his 59 point economic plan down to five -- mean he really was hitting those points very hard today.

-- the women's vote -- -- managed to -- is looking at these polls I don't think so his President Obama has certainly spent a lot of time campaign trying to get the women's vote.

Huge margins in the swing states with -- Obama.

Over governor Ronnie is ever really such a serious issue a riot over looking at these numbers -- want and number two does -- and congressman Ryan and you may help them.

Well that's what's making the difference in the swing states is that difference between let's pick the page numbers are absolutely and in and it you know if if Mitt Romney does not -- Florida if he does not win Ohio.

He won't win the president is it that women missing any wild -- the women not wild about him in the wild about president -- in these large margins.

Well you see the White House and directing a lot of its appeals to -- this whole war on women stuff this whole contraception stuff that.

The -- the Obama campaign is running a lot of -- on the contraception issues -- a matter of fact.

So then this is something they're pushing very hard it may not be the big issue of the day.

But it's something that's always going on inside.

But what I mean these are huge difference -- you hit -- in in what it was -- at 23 point difference between the two candidates.

Mean Ohio it's 58 to 37% all the states Pennsylvania 59 to thirty fact he's -- China have margins.

Well the place where -- The obvious for for Ryan help would be in Wisconsin and maybe more women as Wisconsin know who Paul Ryan is state.

They know his reputation and he can do better with them there.

But.

Who solves that problem in Ohio who solves that problem in Florida don't know.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Well.

You know it's funny that I was thinking back to the first rally that John McCain and Sarah Palin gave and in Virginia.

Right after she had been introduced as she bumped them up six points absolutely the excitement was huge -- -- -- those acts with big.

That the crowd cheered when she was speaking.

And then when she stops being McCain began speaking a lot of actually we can't -- when there's a huge gap in there.

And of this case is I think bringing a lot of new popularity to Mitt Romney.
