A bold choice for the GOP ticket well that's what Senator John McCain in several Republicans are saying about congressman Paul Ryan.

Texas senator Kay Bailey Hutchison is one of them went says the -- shows that governor Romney is serious about cutting government spending.

Thank you stand OK so he's been described as a bold choice and of course a lot of that has to do with the fact that he rolled out then Ryan budget house that was voted three there.

Well I think they are is clearly using that word radical extremes.

But what it says is we are serious about getting the economic house in order.

-- president nominate Romany Romney has a plan.

And it is to cut the corporate income tax so that jobs will come back to America that have gone overseas with the highest corporate rate.

In the world we see lowering income taxes on everyone who could create jobs and there will be a focus now with Paul Ryan.

And governor Romney to make sure that we focus.

On this campaign.

On the economy and jobs.

Well and Paul Ryan has said before he said yesterday when he was officially rolled out as the VP pay.

That he's going to speak the truth to Americans and that it's gonna be at times a difficult conversation do you think Americans are ready to talk about that about where you're gonna make tough cuts and how you're gonna change things.

Absolutely I think Americans know.

That what we've seen in the last three and a half years is wrong that we're going in the wrong direction that things are getting worse and worse and nothing is being done to create a bold initiative in this administration with this congress.

And certainly.

Congressman Ryan has put forward a bold plan.

You made -- agree -- some of it -- it is a bold plan so is governor Romney's and I think what we're saying is that we're gonna -- pars please tell the American people what we're going to do.

And the American people know -- lately that things are not right right now and we do need a change and it it has to be a may be a tough conversation but one that Americans are looking for.

She think they may come up with a hybrid.

Governor Romney's economic plan that he's rolled out and the Ryan budget that he rolled out in the house.

Do you think that the Ryan budget will be adopted wholesale do you think they'll be a conversation about.

I'm putting their ideas together.

And certainly most certainly it will be governor Romney's decision.

And I'm sure he doesn't agree with everything in the Ryan plan.

I voted for it but I don't agree with everything and it but what I do agree with this we must cut spending.

We must ease the market for people to create jobs and it is the job creators that need to have a lower regulations and lower taxes and the ability to force C that there is going to be a stable economic policy in our country.

And that and that's the point and I just think that what we're seeing in the White House is just more spending and that's the constant talk.

We need more taxes from the people who -- president says aren't paying their fair share.

Really these are people working.

Seven days a week sometimes twelve and fourteen hours today to keep a business going to do better for their families.

And yes we want to encourage them we do they've worked hard and we want them to be able to do better.

Senator why have you very quickly -- want to ask you about another issue that's been sort of under the radar this UN arms treaty that.

A UN dozens of other senators have signed on to a letter urging caution in worrying about -- it's aimed at.

Getting it international illegal on gun trafficking that in some way could ultimately affects -- second and right.

Right here in the US -- what's your concern and and what actions you hope the US will or won't take with respect street.

Well the Obama administration reversed.

Two previous administrations.

And saying that we would negotiate.

On this issue in the United Nations.

And 51 members of the senate including.

Seven Democrats and all the Republicans.

Signed a letter to the president and Secretary Clinton and said.

We must have absolute control of our Second Amendment and the constitution and we will not turn it over to the United Nations.

We want to be able to assure that hunting and self protection.

Which are in violence in our constitution are protected and that the sovereign rights of the United States or not anyway it infringed.

And some of the language that was being proposed by the United Nations group.

Put that in question.

For 51 of us at least in the senate and we just said.
