Find employment and hundreds of communities across America okay -- why is this so important.

-- -- -- because you know it's all these guys get out of the military and you know especially with the downsizing of the military in.

You know the the coming close in the war.

You know these guys got to have a place to go and it's you know a lot of times -- guys and even military spouses -- -- they've sacrificed so much for the last.

You know four or ten years.

There they you know -- there almost a disadvantage when going to an employer and a lot of times they get out this is the first on the they're stepping in front of their pay an employer and doing their first I interview.

And you know all too well because you are a scout sniper you were in the military how did that help you or hurt you when you were looking for a job what was that like.

Well you know whatever I was getting I didn't really learn a lot about you know how to market myself -- and personal branding and you know so you know I don't -- -- lot people now are not.

There's not a lot of jobs out there looking for snipers employers who -- need snipers so.

How to break that down I didn't really know how to its to put into you know communication skills and break that down smaller to -- -- -- The skills that I received in the military as you know for the next employer and showing them what I could do.

Yeah a lot of really don't know that means you know PowerPoint excel you you know you're -- -- on the computer.

And done all of those qualities can help you get a job that if you just your sniper many people don't know that.

Exactly yes okay well son Al wanna know how that how did that organization help you as well.

Well you know the organization I mean as far as like you know being in the Marine Corps -- management.

You know just different things you know going communication skills.

Discipline.

You know we what we learned a lot you know and coming out military with an honorable.

Discharges just like going to college and receive -- negative thing.

Numbers are just staggering if you look at it unemployment for veterans eight point 2% unemployment for post 9/11 veterans twelve point one.

And post 9/11 veterans who are under 24 almost 30% to staggering numbers.
