A man barricaded in his home -- automatic weapon they tell us shooting at police and everyone else and site.

It started when a sheriff's constable showed up to a victim in from his home but the man inside started shooting.

When the gun fight during the lunch hour finally ended the suspect the officer and one civilian were all dead and others hurt.

The bullets blasted through the neighborhood in College Station just about two blocks from Kyle field at Texas a and -- just -- George Bush drive.

The university responded with an alert that warned of an active shooter right by that football stadium and instructed students and faculty to stay away.

Meantime more officers rushed to that scene.

There was a constable down in the front yard.
