-- did wrong -- -- always been on policy but people didn't quite recognize it Tom did just the appearance of Ryan.

Helps solidify the -- -- I think that it.

Does help solidify I think it helps solidify a lot of things and and in the same breath I'll say it also -- -- a question mark in the when he wants to can -- you you have to.

You know people running for the most powerful -- office in the country both saying he said she said and the general public feel like okay who is gonna happen.

Where where where does Medicare stand just as the larger issue without calling each other out on it.

Because that it in general the public doesn't know unless you wanna read Paul Ryan's plan and you want to read Obama spent about really complicated to understand.

And then when their own judgment you're gonna have to rely on what everybody else to say but also we don't know if the Ryan plan is going to be the Romney plan Braddock.

-- is -- who is governor Romney.

Sort of handicapped in some ways but -- the Ryan plan as well as it being a bonus.

He is if he allows himself to be -- to be fair and balanced I'm gonna criticize -- the Republicans right now and and save it.

Look in the next week or so we've got to come out where they.

Romney.

Ryan plan and that plan has got to have meat on the bone it's got to be clear it's gotta be understandable and it's going to be articulated.

By both Billy the presidential nominee and the VP nominee.

And there can't be any daylight between them.

They -- team they're running as a team they're gonna governor is a team.

And right now we also have to find out who's behind the curtain Johnson who are the people who are likely to become the OMB director of the treasury.

Secretary the -- the US secretary of state.

And I think we have to start.

Parading out.

The kind of people who Romney's going to attract the government and who is gonna rely on and they should be on television they should be explaining policy.

And they should be able to be questioned by the media.

So we have a lot of work to do -- a very short period of time.

But I happen to agree that.

We we need a little bit more meat on the boat.

A -- you something not go to bat Brett brings it up -- Eric's coming -- thought about a lot it.

Wouldn't we all be better served if we knew.

Who would going to be either of the chief advises on and so on many topics like that on as spreads has all the foreign policy on economics on education.

Wouldn't that be in the -- -- -- offensive.

I knew I had a time absolutely not and I do think.

And -- done nothing but compliment.

Throughout the entire process how Romney is handled the campaign I bet he does make a move like that and I know I think it's very Smart what is it that the problem with that is in the risk that you run.

Is that the people that -- that you are selecting or anointing or are gonna be in the position say the wrong thing because one wrong comment we.

It tells a week and changes all those poll numbers -- that's the -- yes did they it is it is a problem as well as their Brad that.

-- everybody tread so carefully because every east every small -- form misstep is so magnified.

In this in the intensity of this election season.

Yeah no risk no reward if you -- got a lead and if if you're gonna sit on the ball you don't win.

And the fact of the matter is if you -- be president and you wanna tackle tough problems you need to attract good people and the people that you attract should be people who could stand up.

To the kind of scrutiny that's going to be given by the press not only to themselves but to the policies they they are run -- so I you know I happened to.

Disagree.

-- the saying it's good to play safe and it's good to sit on the ball no I think we have to be bold.

And we have to be aggressive and we have to be real in the policies the people were attracting otherwise this is all.

And exercise would know.

Good ending.

-- talking of being bold -- would you like to see.

Some change your in the higher echelons of the Obama administration to refresh for a second term if a second -- with -- come -- You I'd -- and who -- well this lot of I was very enthusiastic about yes we can I was very enthusiastic about change that.

I haven't actually seen and I'm disappointed.

So it would it would it will -- still a supporter of president Obama's I would like sixty changed I think that would be good -- -- you.

I'm just curious you know I -- and none neighbor and a friend but I'm surprised Tim Geithner still around he draws a lot of attention that I don't think it's helpful.

Right I got to people who we can change can please go ahead.

Obama -- and cook.

I'm talking -- -- -- -- Brenda and if you win that -- I guess I'd give us a couple of the a couple of big names that you would like to see.

It is very important roles in a Romney administration if that would come -- I think Tim Pawlenty would make a great chief of staff and I I think as a governor.

Of the state he's the perfect kind of executive.

To run a good inefficient White House.

People like John Bolton in national security role again either -- UN secretary or perhaps.

That rather UN ambassador or secretary of state.

I think there are lots of great.

Folks in the business community in universities.

In I think tanks.

Who could come to government as undersecretary -- The treasury -- treasury secretary's.

I think we have to get away.

From the revolving door of Goldman Sachs running the Treasury Department.

I think having a pedigree that close to Wall Street and coming from Wall Street to the treasury I think he's a very good idea both Republicans and Democrats have done it.

And they're not necessarily fair dealers because after the government service where they go back to that same place Goldman sag rough and and other companies.

And also there's a lot of somebody like him and they make more money you can you bet they do -- -- do you think what do you think they're more attractive.

And make more money -- hadn't.

I think will know the Johnson of that -- a couple of our viewers weighing in here raging -- -- I agree with Obama we should not go back to the policies of the --
