Is chairman of the Republican National Committee and now writes -- this has emerged as the -- apologetic defender of his party.

Now with the left throwing one low blow after another it is framed -- who is firing back at these gutter politics take a look at some of the chairman's latest that's.

This president has already -- -- he's not who he said he was he claimed he was gonna bring everyone together is going to be this uniter he's been the most of this if nasty.

Negative campaign -- that this country's ever seen him as far as Harry Reid is concerned lesson.

I -- you might wanna go down that road I'm not going to respond.

To a dirty liar.

Who hasn't filed there a single page of tax returns himself do you think your -- dirty -- I just said at this president stole.

He didn't he didn't cut Medicare he stole 700 billion dollars from Medicare to fund obamacare.

If any person.

In this entire debate.

Has blood on their hands in regard to Medicare it's Barack Obama.

Joining me now Republican national committee chair -- for -- is a list that well I just set it I mean yeah.

Well I have no -- putting out backtrack a minute it was true and it is they remains true but.

We've got a real opportunity here to save the American dream in this country and I really think that this president.

Has a problem with the American dream and you know I don't think parents out there Democrats and Republicans alike.

Are looking for the glass.

Half empty America.

-- Barack Obama wants to sell this country that's not what we are and so we're going to be aggressive.

And so my view is if they -- -- -- just we're gonna punch back with brass knuckles and until we have to do you know if I -- -- -- there's one thing that I've heard consistently from conservatives only of until recently things seem to have changed.

Is that why.

Isn't why aren't the Republicans fighting back harder job and I know that to a lot of money -- you in July and August announcement it to a three to one.

But there's been a desire and when you say okay this is a nasty negative.

The most of this of nasty negative campaign here's a question is that true.

You know I think I think -- -- me look at what Joseph Biden said today amendment this chase scenes comment and and a lot of the comments and a lot of that that the priorities USA ad which basically blames.

Mitt Romney for the death of someone six years after they left the company.

Mean at the end of the day the only thing shovel ready around here are the words coming out of Barack Obama and Joseph Biden's mouth and so.

I just think that we are doing this and that and the fight that we're having an on this because the chairman of the Republican part it's not about the future of our party.

This is about the future of America.

And this is worth fighting for we're going to lose this country unless we turn this economy around.

And this president hasn't lived a mission he hasn't fulfilled his promises and as a result of all of that.

We're gonna lose the very idea of this country I think a big mistake was made in 2008.

Everything was taken off the table one thing after another.

Here you have your that Mitt Romney being basically called the murderer.

A felon.

A tax cheat he hates women he stalks and he wants dirty air and water and he doesn't like kids with autism and Down syndrome and -- you're not gonna fight back hard course for gonna fight back and if I'm not rhetorically.

Right and and and I and I and your head and you're seeing that and I think you've seen one of the benefits of having and RNC and and the Romney campaign it's working so well together.

Is that -- were raising the money we're gonna go out spend Barack Obama's campaign now toward the last three months of the campaign they've they spent all their money early.

We're spending now we're we're we are driving the message and I think that.

The leadership and courage and conviction that Mitt Romney showed by picking Paul Ryan.

Tells you one really important thing.

That this election is very different it's not going to be about just winning an election this election is going to be about governing like we campaigned.

And that's what this country needs -- -- off 49.

Million Americans in poverty 47 million Americans on food stamps 25 million Americans on an underemployed.

He's -- maybe over time these become statistics these are real lives real people.

Really suffering right and I think we deserve better than a present at seven bring us all together.

And is running a campaign at a Chicago full of lies and you know comments is such as the president's running -- has.

I don't know where is the decency I'm -- a little shocked -- well it's critical -- and when you consider.

It what Barack Obama ran -- and he he ran using a carpet the world who's gonna bring everybody gather -- is going to be different.

And now he's gonna -- the plan is this operation is one of the most.

Hateful -- -- of operations that we've ever seen in this country -- president.

Has not met the basic promises that he laid out to the American people he's not a man of his word.

And I think of all the thing to me and I'm of the economy jobs and all the issues of all the things that I think will undo Barack Obama that he's not real anymore.

And -- know if there's something that America's starving for our real.

Authentic people that -- -- serve this country the pure heart and make a difference and that's why.

This Medicare debate.

How to get the debt and deficits under control that's why we're going to prevail because were offering something bigger than what Chicago.

Is offering this country.

Interest to let me just give us the other theme for the convention here.

And we do a better future.

In this country deserves a better future we don't want another four years of this misery that we've been through I don't think too many people do.

I'll tell you when I grew up in Kenosha Wisconsin.

My dad was a union electrician.

I remember driving around town my parents like a lot of parents I'm sure -- people watching right now they didn't point to the beautiful house on the corner.

And say look at kids look at these lousy people over here.

That are successful my dad looked at me to listen -- -- -- go to school.

And you can you -- card you're gonna live in that house and mom and dad hope it's a lot bigger than that house every parent in America.

Once their kids to be successful and for whatever reason.

This president.

Is using success.

Making something from nothing and living the American dream as a negative that's not what parents want for their kids -- it's funny it's -- just.

Right in my father will pour in Bedford -- Brooklyn my grandfather came -- forty bucks in his pocket from Ireland and Irish -- need not apply.

And far more award to my father did and and you know -- by now at thirteen thousand dollar house on a fifty by a hundred lot I had three sisters and one bathroom.

Yeah that's hell on earth chairman -- But one semester and adjustment a lot of time in about yeah -- tell my mom we'll throw it was hard for a -- morning Khartoum Sudan.

-- that was in the army in Ethiopia.

They moved here to queens new York and then back to Wisconsin and so.

That America hangs in the balance and -- point we're gonna have a great debate about big solutions to big problems in this country and I think.

That's an America's starving for chairman I hope we keep fighting heart good to see if not --
