The State's new tough -- -- ID law will not be stopped.

This is the seven page opinion that was issued by commonwealth court judge Robert Simpson and in this he refused to grant a preliminary injunction to stop the law.

And he said that those in Pennsylvania who are against voter ID did not prove their case and he also ruled that voter ID is not quote and undue burden.

And the judge believes it will be carried out any non partisan evenhanded manner.

The ACLU and other groups have filed a lawsuit against the law which has been a contentious politically charged lightning rod in Pennsylvania.

They wanted an injunction to block enforcement of the law before November's presidential election.

Lawyers for the state -- argued requiring photo identification at the polls -- is our rational step.

But George Simpson said the voters without photo ID they can always vote with an absentee or provisional ballot in his ruling he noted that quote.

I am not convinced -- qualified elector need be disenfranchised.

I'm not convinced any of the individual petitioners are -- witnesses will not have their votes counted in the general election.

Well a recent study by a Philadelphia Republican commissioner did find evidence of voter fraud in the recent 2012 presidential primary there.

He said that non citizens voted there was double voting.

People voting who -- not even registered.

While there are no firm numbers for exactly how many Pennsylvania voters lack -- required photo ID.

State review -- -- -- database found more than out of -- more than eight million -- 759000.

People about 9% of registered voters.

Might not have a government issued photo ID.

Lawyers arguing against their voter ideologue playing the number is closer to that million.
