Donald Trump says the Republicans have to fight fire with fire.

-- in the presidential campaign vicious even worse the 2008 campaign waged against secretary of state Hillary Clinton.

Here's Donald Trump.

And -- nice to talk to -- Regret it.

That haven't got straight to your Twitter -- and near what are your most recent tweets is.

I'm really glad that Mitt Romney no longer says what a nice guy Barack Obama is do I -- -- -- a 140 characters and tell us what you mean.

I am just so happy about it because for a period of time it was going out and saying it's a fine man he's a wonderful man.

And frank Lee.

You know based on this campaign on Hillary's campaign -- other campaigns -- run over the years.

It's not so.

And I think my keys that and I haven't heard -- say that there may be does but I haven't heard him say that over the last few weeks and I'm very happy about that and so are a lot of other people.

All right so there's not -- put fine man as you say what is it.

Well he's somebody that will save some very nasty things he's a -- and that is.

Not that nice person that some people think and it is popularity rating.

While high I think if people knew the facts and be -- would actually be extremely low.

What do you make then for there's a huge gender gap if if people don't think -- if you say the people don't -- like president -- I think that the the gender gap in these women polls show that the women really do like him -- B.

Governor Ryan what do you make of that.

Well maybe I don't know maybe they don't get what's going on and I I still think that this is really not going to be a popularity contests it's -- be it can't just based on -- It's -- ultimately get down that last month it's gonna get down to shops.

And if you look at the 716.

Billion that was taken out as an example of Medicare by -- Obama administration if you look at what's going on I think -- -- all comes out.

It's going to be a lot of things -- -- -- neutralized but it's gonna get death to housing economy doing India which is not good and -- -- unemployment now.

They say eight point three but the real numbers probably 16%.

And some people could even take 41%.

Because that's a real -- the real numbers that eight point 3%.

The real number sixteen and possibly 21%.

And that is catastrophic -- You know he's got a problem I think the president is going to be a close race but I really think that the president has got a problem if numbers don't improve and you don't have much time to improve -- I when you talk about the sixteen -- twenty you're talking about including the underemployed and people who are so disillusioned.

One number that it correlates to the eight point 2%.

-- African American unemployment rate if you just look at how many African Americans we're looking for jobs can't get jobs that rate compared to the national average.

At eight point two is fourteen point 1%.

What how what -- how can you went to the fourteen point 1% unemployment rate nominees gonna get that vote.

Well that number is an amazing number and it's really much higher than that because your car letting it to actually be eight point three.

And it's that's not a correct number either so that that number probably would be closest 30% -- numbers just crazy.

And almost to a point where you say how can somebody if you're African American how can you vote for -- it.

Because -- let you down he's really let -- -- Intensity African American I'm sure that you know the -- that the L and that they're actually a big campaign is not content after Republican campaign is Condit gets.

Vice President Biden when he said that yesterday in a predominantly African American community southern Virginia.

I made a reference about putting you -- back in chains.

And then there -- some gas some boos and of course or less and cheering but there's been a lot of talk about the last 24 hours what do you think about that.

Well I think it's terrible statement and I think it's something -- probably wished he didn't say but he was not reprimand -- wasn't stopped.

And they backed him up a 100% luck this is a very vicious campaign that's being waged against Mitt Romney in the Republican suspicious.

And if the Republicans aren't gonna fight that can fight with fight here.

-- if you're not gonna fight fire with fire it's going to be not a very good picture and they're gonna have to get very very tough and be very very Smart which they are.

And they have to go out there and do it and if they don't have to be politically correct that they shouldn't be politically correct because -- what.

What he -- about change and what other people upset about other things.

Are -- associates and it.

You've never heard language like this this is worse than Hillary Hillary was one of the worst meeting this campaign it waged against Hillary Clinton.

Ever detectives say it was number one in the annals of our country number one -- just missed this is making it look like basically talked.

So the Republicans get have to be very very Smart and very very tough to.

Governor I mean governor -- -- last night on the record and Senator John McCain have both said that Vice President Biden.

They would they would they think that -- -- Obama should -- Find someone else to run with him as a vice president.

If that Governor Sarah Palin look further said that he wanted to win -- Obama should pick us secretary of state Hillary Clinton.

What do you think.

Well I actually watched the show what I watched -- and you know I like her very much I think she's terrific she's a terrific person her husband's a great guy and it's.

I was a little surprise -- because frankly.

That gives people ideas and maybe it would be an even tougher race so I was a little surprised that she said it and I hadn't.

-- else but I have a great respect for her.

I really think that.

You know she's been a very very poorly treated person by the media unfairly treated really unfairly treated.

Because I've gotten Orwell and she's a great person.

What do you think of congressman Paul Ryan is he in a -- good -- tactically good addition to the ticket or not.

Well I will tell you this he has energized the party people that were.

Obviously going to vote certainly had -- really now all energized and really want to do it even more so and that's a great things he's he's obviously bringing some things up that.

Should be brought up and -- have to be brought up and people are questioning did you did think it was a pretty.

And I think -- is that it was a pretty bold choice but I watched him over the last trip what days.

He Republican Party is totally energized.

So in that sense I think it's very good.

Okay who's gonna win.

Well I think that the ground -- going to win I think it's going to be close I think that what it gets down to it when you get down to it it's going to be about the economy it's going to be about jobs.

And obviously the record and jobs in the record on the economy is dismal and I think that the Republicans are gonna win I think Mitt Romney is going to be your next president.

Right in the swing states which are the states that we're all looking to see out which are so very important to both candidates -- both tickets.

There are at least Indiana Ohio and Virginia and unemployment rates below the eight point 3% -- they have Republican governors -- but nonetheless those numbers mean at least.

I know I realize if you're unemployed don't care what the numbers in your state but your thoughts on that.

Well it's very -- they all have Republican governors of those states are doing much better.

Possibly so people aren't -- they're remembering the Republican governor they're going to debate be you know maybe it makes it harder to win those states.

But in the end they also see what's happening to the country basically what China's doing to the country what OPEC still into the country what every country is doing to our country.

We don't have a country that we do business with.

Where we're doing well.

Everybody takes advantage of the -- and we're viewed as the patsy were you to speak.

Too foolish stupid use any -- you -- use it's a real weak ineffective group of people and group of leaders so I -- Whether they have low or high unemployment I think they look at the country's first and they see what's happening.

And I think that the Republican candidate in the name of that Romney is going to win.

I supposing you couldn't run your business enterprise at all and suppose -- governor around his elected president you could pick any job in the administration.

-- have you think that that Donald Trump would be best suited for I would enjoy most -- so I'm not looking to reject public I got us.

I'm I'm -- I'm trying to figure out what -- what what you think could be intriguing to.

Like I can't do a great job that secretary of commerce because I wouldn't let China rip us off I would let India and all these other countries that are taken advantage of -- and very very intelligently from their standpoint.

But not from our standpoint.

But I wouldn't let OPEC wouldn't let in some of these countries -- just laughed at our stupidity they won't be laughing anymore so I think -- do a great job.

As secretary of commerce if you have to -- but I'd really love what I'm doing -- great company.

I run a big business it's doing great I love what I'm doing but if you ask me that question to secretary of commerce I would do such a great job.

Right thank you data that they conduct doesn't Nellis C at the convention very good Greta thank you.
