For the first time since the vice president Joseph Biden as controversial comments.

Here's the -- sat.

What Joseph Biden was talking about again is an example of a substantive argument.

A substantive issues that -- people should be concerned about and his phrasing is a distraction from what is at stake.

According to the president what mr.

Biden meant to say is that Americans would be worse off.

If Republicans succeeded in doing away with new restraints on banking and financial.

Institutions on Wall Street here's the original comment from Joseph -- Romney wants to let that he said the first hundred days he's -- -- the big banks once again right through rules.

Wouldn't change.

Wall Street.

They're gonna put you all back in shaves.

Just months it's been here to that in the crowd governor Ronnie says that the remark.

Is just another desperate line of attack he believes from the Obama campaign.

Joined now by -- Murdock syndicated columnist and Fox News contributor good morning to -- good to have you here the right now are you I'm fine.

Just what are your thoughts when you think about us I was very disturbing very disappointed to hear this comment by Joseph Biden.

You see this sort of thing happen where these folks go down south some -- the break in the southern accent which comes out of nowhere -- from Delaware suddenly sounds of people.

We're from -- the Mason Dixon line.

And this is just another effort to try to -- gin up the black vote I think it's race baiting.

And it's part of an ongoing a pattern of of very obnoxious and very hateful things are hearing from the left.

And I really wish the President Obama would stand up the man who talked about bringing us all together not living in red states Blue States -- red white and Blue States and and put an end of this I think you ought to schooled Joseph Biden in the lunch prevalent you're gonna have today.

And got to give a speech I think this -- as early as this afternoon.

And calling his supporters to stop talking but these sort of racial matters talking but Jim -- being brought back if we have voter ID cards.

Talking about is Nancy Pelosi said that the Republicans are the talking about Paul Ryan not -- doing something the Democrats -- on Medicare but literally killing a an old lady but throwing her off a cliff.

We've got President Obama is -- supporters even Michelle Obama's -- people for the Republicans people get cancer.

I mean this is extremely divisive it's extremely obnoxious and not bringing us together which is what Senator Obama promised he ran for years ago.

You know it it it's interesting when you listen to the dialogue.

And ask yourself about you know how people feel about these issues of race in this country right now.

And it it is very that the president basically is saying look -- out in his praise was a distraction to his point.

And his point was that if you know if you elect met Ronnie you're gonna have you know sort of it'll be unleashed on Wall Street regulations that he believes need to be in place won't be there anymore.

Do you believe that Joseph Biden you know went off script tear that that he -- something you know sort of off the -- That was interpreted incorrectly or do you think that he was trying to appeal to that crowd.

88 in a way that you know that dealt with that dealt with the race that cater to them and in that -- I think the latter if you wanna talk about -- or form we should talk about banking reform I don't think anybody's ever said the banks held Americans in chains especially.

When back in 2000 it -- in the meltdown issue was the banks are probably lending too much minded people could pay back their loans.

And so instead he's just in front of this.

Group in Danville Virginia in the south predominately black audience and said that that to the -- -- coming to put it all back -- -- this means one thing which is returning to slavery and and you could disagree with.

Mitt Romney Paul Ryan and taxes you can just with them on Medicare.

But the idea the Republicans gonna bring back slavery is obnoxious stupid false and again it's the kind of rhetoric we hear from the Democrats every four years.

When they try to frighten black people try to gin up the.

-- we're talking it it talks down to people -- you know as an insult to intelligence when if if you interpret the way that your interpreting it is that right.

Well of course it look at that -- -- since the black people cause it's gonna -- everybody I mean does Joseph Biden really think black folks are so stupid that we're gonna believe we're gonna go back to.

The plantations and and and -- go back to slavery but.

Even bringing it bring up that sort of thing it's completely appropriate it's far beneath the office of the vice presidency and beneath the kind of politics we have we have in this country.

In 2012 well well after Jim Crow ended well after -- -- war ended.

And shame on -- by -- for bringing up this.

This kind of rhetoric and again I think pres Obama should -- of the -- and told supporters to drop it let's focus on the issues talk what this terrible economy.

And how we're gonna get out of this mess and stop the discussions about about slavery an E.

Coli in people in each other cancer and sorts of things we've heard out of the democratic left over the last step.

Few months and oh even before that.

Interest in thank you very much for your opinions weren't -- Murdoch thank you good to see this morning.
