We started this Fox News alert governor Jan Brewer.

And that is why governor brewer argues that they're not entitled to public benefits she -- -- -- With the Obama and amnesty plan that doesn't make them legally.

Here because they haven't even applied yet for whatever work permits that they're gonna go for.

So we will issue a unemployment authorization card to those people that apply that they will not be entitled to a driver's license.

Nor will they be entitled to any public benefits.
