The claims they've been making for years -- the ACLU sued Georgia five years ago.
They lost that case to and in fact one of the reasons the judge threw the case that was because he said they couldn't come up with a single person.
Who would be unable to vote because the law and what happened in the Pennsylvania case -- 93 year old woman who was the main.

The day after the judges -- decision she did what she went and got a photo ID that shows how foolish of their losses that she did get.

Says well let's talk about Pennsylvania one thing that a photo ID will prevent -- people from voting under false registrations.
And the Justice Department prosecuted a very big voter fraud case -- called US vs CNC usually in which they convicted 25 people.
Falsely registering addresses in Philadelphia when they didn't live there in fact one of the couples actually lived in New Jersey.
And voted in both New Jersey and Philly.
A photo ID with a current Pennsylvania address -- prevented that kind of fraud from occurring.
Hasn't the Supreme Court rules in this arena why has that not settled what's happening all these different state -- that the US Supreme Court has upheld.
Photo ID laws is being constitutional.
That's why the ACLU sued in state court in Pennsylvania not federal court they made a claim that it was unconstitutional under the Pennsylvania State constitution.
Not -- -- -- because they knew they would lose in federal court.
Okay and they are now vowing to appeal and are killing to the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court.
Do you think that there is a resolution on this before Election Day come November.
I don't think there's a resolution but the judge said the -- could go in and into force though it's gonna be in place in the November election and in fact.
Again similar to Indiana.
And Georgia the issue you took those cases to the state supreme courts in those states to and they ultimate.
We lost we know that these battles are going in number of states and with an election as tight as the polls show it is right now.
