Small businesses are expecting weaker sales in coming months as they grew more pessimistic about the economy according to a new survey by the National Federation of Independent Business.

-- a five b.'s small business optimism index sank in July to 91 point two.

Down two tenths from June following a steep three point drop a month earlier.

Only two of the index's components improved in July.

While they notified the index was generally downbeat.

The new ink magazine list of the nation's fastest growing small companies painted a different picture for some businesses.

The fastest growing private companies in America are -- -- there optimistic.

They're hard to put down these are people who grew their companies.

Through what the worst recession since the great depression and they still managed to achieve growth rates -- average over three years accumulated 18100%.

Some of the companies on the ink magazine list showed percentage increases in revenues over the last three years and that thousands.

Even tens of thousands.
