It's hardly an effort to just get a child to share -- their toys let alone give their allowance and want to give to strangers.

Here he's always been very giving and it started very early age with the firemen and the policemen.

And then when he's started seeing the soldiers he and we explained to him what was going on in.

He says -- let's send them some snacks and some -- -- -- candy and maybe some some toys so.

It was it was all his idea to do it and he had a gentleman -- at the airport doing what he does pass out candy and he gave my hundred dollars and say here want to use this to help and Perry says and let's go put a package together and often -- -- you know and could you just said that he was inspired -- -- you told him.

What it happens on 9/11 he was four years old when that happened.

Yeah and we didn't stand at the airport about thirty or forty minutes not moving on the line and he morneau while it's taken so long so we know we -- plenty -- -- -- just explain -- was going on.

He knew little bit about Vietnam his -- -- in Vietnam so he was very very upset when he heard that.

The -- troops weren't welcome home he says and we need to make sure they know that they're appreciated so he started thinking I'm right there on the spot.

How many troops is -- even able to act -- to meet and greet at this point.

Touched your heart to know that you know a child that they've saved his own personal allowance to send.
