Which brings us nicely to the daily -- fashion -- -- -- bureau chief.

I would told radio news service what's cultural goats today Ellen well I got got my guts just as long as I'm anecdotes for the -- got raises money for Africa just in case is -- talking about -- had to get my little plug in here good for you -- Have cut but -- a couple interesting things last week as you know there was an unfortunate shooting at the family research act counseling DC.

And it's interesting that at hand this in the other way around hand this -- and some right -- -- shooting -- a left Winger.

I'll place it would've gotten a lot more media coverage it got in it was sort of a very quick story not a whole lot of media coverage from the mainstream media.

On that one and again I'm biased I think in it by.

A liberal media and as you know I'm a liberal okay.

The other thing that's very interesting is Romney so now they're saying.

That.

That the Gallup -- -- -- governor -- did not receive a bounds.

In the polling after vice president Ryan well you know it's like comparing apples and oranges.

Essentially what happened.

Is that yes there was no buyouts but.

In previous elections they took registered voters in this they took the general population.

Well how do you compare registered voters -- the general population it just doesn't compute.

And nobody did that kind of research to take a look at when they were doing appalling it wasn't the same kind of health.

-- what do you think this.

Good -- in general how the Ryan -- is playing -- I'm just interested in your in your political view here.

Because it strikes me that he has -- TJ was saying certainly.

Energize the base he seems abroad that's sort of deepened policy discussion.

To the debate but at the same time.

Because he has -- he is tied to such distinctive policies that all laid out in detail he gives the Democrats a lot -- to go off to them perhaps a Portland or somebody like.

Well he certainly does and I'll tell you the Republicans clearly wanna get rid of Aiken because they don't want to associate -- -- with Aiken which she did one bill with him on abortion etc.

And so they want that issue gone.

So that Ryan can focus on economic issues that's that's my sort of if tea cup view of the things are -- outlet the -- out.

-- -- one more.

-- yesterday governor Romney was in New Hampshire and he was asked about auditing the Fed.

He basically said that he agrees that they have to audit and this has been IV they have to be more responsible was asked this by a citizen Lorena.

Some kind of baseball future.

You know what mainstream press didn't report -- And very few people reported that question or his answer and they were mainly small publications.

That did that not mainstream press.

All right Ellen Ratner bureau chief -- -- -- -- it's always great to get your views on these sort of things.

Alan and Alan on a rotating costs of others discuss all of this sort of covered by the media of politics on FOX News Watch every Saturday 230 and 1130 -- Hosted by John Scott -- -- and a great to see you thank you very much indeed.
