-- -- Clayton Morris and this is your fox -- taken really excited today because I'm joined by one of the best photographers in the world is it safe to call you one of the best photographers in the world.

-- not on the -- selvin I don't know she's not really -- objective about.

Q what any great year tips.

Or how to get started in photography Yorker more advanced go to stuck in customs dot com you can see all the -- great.

Incredible photography there plus again all the cameras -- here you need to get started -- what do you say to people who -- just wanna get started with photography is your fear factor they need to overcome.

Anyone could take good pictures and overtime if you have a little system in place you can take better and better pictures.

And eventually you'll be able take pictures that are just beautiful and can.

It really impress your friends so I'm playing with these Sony NEX seven which is one of Sony's newest cameras and -- -- one of a couple of awards.

It's not the highest highest and the cameras I notice you've got -- an icon and 800 up there right around.

Does someone need a camera like this to get started with -- photography.

It doesn't matter what kind of camera you have you start to -- -- nations an improvement as you move up the camera scale.

But you've seen -- but it's a beautiful iPhone and android photos and most of it is in your head.

Right there's beautiful things all around the world and Wednesday's start moving into this realm of creating beautiful art using whatever you happen to have -- view you can do it what do you lenses do you wanna bring with you if you're just getting in the photography.

Sure a few let's -- -- beyond the realm of just simple cellphone technology you're using something like mid range camera high end camera.

When you go out you -- have sort of a general purpose -- that can shoot wide angle they get these epic sort of architecture landscape shots.

And so they they can zoom in a little bit you can see objects and things and people that you think -- interesting -- like this cameras a -- NEX seven this is the kid lands and it comes with.

It goes from what eighteen millimeter up to 55 millimeter rights and becomes this because it has a broad range.

Functionality right and -- -- that a good lands to go out on a day like that.

Yet that lends his grades.

So your right most cameras.

That was an economic Atlantans to sort of a standard lands.

And it's very rare that you'll actually need to take gothic that -- -- a lot of specialty lands especially if you're just getting started.

A one of the nice things -- on the new cameras as they've they're so.

Intense in their megapixels right I guess -- -- point four megapixel camera.

So let's say you can't quite zoom in as far as you want -- -- and not to worry about that because later he'd dump stuff on your computer you can crop been really tight.

And you still got plenty of resolution is in men like those silly CSI shows let's talk about composition I notice you set up that -- -- -- 800 here.

Yeah you're talking about this day it's really blew outside and you you describe this is a pretty bad day for shooting because it's all blue so yeah what did you find here that would.

Lend itself to shooting well.

So yet sort of counter intuitive you would think that having nice blue skies and sunny and -- is perfect for photography.

Personally I think it's most interesting to take photos in this sunrise sunset and night time.

Our big -- time to have some clouds of dramas and saves in the sky.

But as long as -- blue -- and we had these nice -- buildings in New York everything kind of becomes blue and a little bit boring.

So I like to take pictures of buildings like this and convert -- to black and white -- especially places like New York City.

You can take these buildings in the states.

And we need good image of black and white -- become a little bit timeless look that classic.

And you don't get that boring washed out blue sky I just recently purchased the 98 dollar tripod.

Security.

Well enough for the Sony NEX seven and I have to say when I bought the -- I felt like.

-- now it's getting real now kind of like it now getting to the point maybe I couldn't start.

Classify myself as a photographer when you don't have to get a tripod right well so attract five.

Is not really necessarily.

Needed in this situation because as of the date time.

When there's plenty of lights you can do hand held shots no problem.

The best time for iPods come into play is in sunrise and sunset -- night time.

Because I think we've all seen what happens when you have these blurry photos that god -- negatives are photo.

When that happens because there's not enough light out there for your camera.

And you want to get really cool sunset and nighttime photos.

You -- it super stable service.

Or a tripod.
