So many here now is the conclusion of my exclusive interview with governor Romney's running -- congressman Paul right.

One of the main attack clients that the president -- -- using his class warfare and and there are currently what six different specific tax bracket you wanted to reduce them to two.

10% and 25%.

Explain how reforming the tax code.

Would help people and also would explain it through the -- more than the narrative that this is you know Republicans only helping -- people so let's.

Take a look at the current code the people who use all the write offs and most the special interest loopholes and deductions.

-- people the top two tax brackets that means more of their income is sheltered from taxation.

You take away those loopholes.

And more their income is subject to taxation which.

Allows us to lower everybody's tax rates across the board it's a fair simple competitive system.

We -- here in a steel manufacturing fabricating business.

This business is paying the individual tax rate just like 80% of all businesses in America do.

And when you keep raising that top tax rate your punishing -- -- -- small businesses which is where most of our jobs come from.

So when you hear the president say class warfare.

You know you think Aaron Rogers or Prince Fielder some movie star.

You're actually hitting these success a small businesses the job creators.

We're saying -- -- loopholes lower everybody's rates a fair simpler system.

That creates economic growth.

It seems that the country's gonna have a a pretty important decision to make.

And almost.

You have to competing visions that are in country.

How do you describe their vision from your perspective I mean you think Obama wants trillion dollar plus deficits every year he obviously signed him and along he's spending the money.

Verses what what will be the the the -- the first year will you have a trillion dollar deficit so.

I wouldn't say what he wants it's what we're getting what we're getting we're getting.

Broken promises on deficits broken promises on jobs broken promises.

On bringing people together in this country.

We're not going to do that.

We're gonna get this deficit under control we've shown through various budgets we've offered we can get this deficit down fast we of the size of government backed down to where historically has been very quickly.

So that we -- of the biggest government we've had since World War II which is a world war posture.

We are showing that it's not too late to get the American idea reply to get people back to work to get people back on the -- of life look.

When I was a kid grew up in Janesville Wisconsin just like anybody grown up and middle income family.

I washed dishes are the McDonald's and Italy are creating jobs that waited tables I did all of that stuff I heard you drove the winner in my ideal Georgie I was I sold Oscar -- products to meet managers and they let me drive -- -- -- what that tactically that would would you -- driver but.

It never occurred to me that was fixed in some station in life that I had some lame attempt to my life and my opportunity I was an American.

Pursuing my version of the American dream.

What -- Obama is doing.

He's dividing people in this country -- speaking to people as if they're -- in their current station in life and only the government is here to help them cope with it it's very dour is very cynical.

It's hot the American idea.

We're gonna reject that we're gonna give the country a very clear choice of two futures do you want the opportunity society with the safety net.

-- a -- -- society we can make the most your life or do you want Barack Obama's failed agenda.

The cradle to grave welfare state which ends up of their debt crisis and recession.

In lower take home pay less jobs it is just that clear and that's why we feel.

Obligated to let the country decide which of these two -- they want you known as the guy that knows the numbers in Washington.

Talk about foreign policy she what's happening in the Middle East and North Africa and -- the rise of Muslim Brotherhood.

Now apparently uniting with Iran.

Very dangerous -- coming up.

Iran not just in the last week has twice through their supreme leader and I grew up more than a job threatened to wipe Israel off the -- idea.

-- about -- foreign policy experience -- most of traveling and done throughout my fourteen years in congress have been in the Middle East you know I've.

I've had a vote to send men and women to war I'm more than one occasion.

I've been of those funerals I've talked to the windows in the wives and parents.

I've gone to -- to Afghanistan and Iraq to meet with our troops to learn from.

Obviously have a lot more experience than Barack Obama did when he became president.

But if you take a look at our current posture.

President Obama is quote -- -- leading from behind he's rejected the peace to shrink doctrine he's outsourcing our foreign policy decision making.

To the UN so that -- like Russia can exercise their veto power over us.

It what is doing is it's giving our allies.

-- loss of faith in American leadership.

Andy's what I call reckless.

Irresponsible defense cuts the result of the president's failed leadership.

Are weakening our resolve -- -- in our national security international defense.

At a time when it's very important that we get back to be peace to -- doctrine.

We have an unquestionable.

Advantage on -- in military that's why helped write and pass the bill to prevent those irresponsible defense cuts from passing.

To replace those spending cuts with other spending cuts that ought to occur in government and I agree with Mitt Romney we need to strengthen our resolve and our allies like Israel.

We need to make sure that our that our adversaries respect us and understand -- clearly that's not the case today.

And we need to get back to the peace to -- doctrine -- and national military.

Would you support Israel -- they deem it necessary for the national security and take out Israel has every right to protect their national security interest in Iran and Iran's.

Nuclear weapon capability is an existential threat to not only Israel but it's a threat to our own national security the last thing we want.

Is an arms race in the Middle East and I really do think.

That the president's lack of leadership on this issue.

His lack of courageous moral support for Israel during this time.

Has brought us to where we are going to -- UN and me and saying that the beginning of negotiations -- start with a 67 borders.

Undercuts our -- -- his references to Bibi Netanyahu with the French president.

Undercuts our allies and so I think that has done more to distance peace process and and more to embolden.

Countries like Iran than anything else write your your counterpart is guy by the name of Joseph Biden.

He recently had well what I guess you might say -- latest -- They want to put you all back in chains.

Your thoughts about Biden you ready to debate and from what you think of those remarks I enjoyed great.

It's what we do in congress so to me I love -- debates about ideas.

And I've known -- long time we get along personally quite well and so I'm looking forward to debating -- -- -- are different visions for the future.

You know with respect to the things he says these are the things people say when they run out of ideas and solutions these are the things.

People say when they have a terrible track record that it can't run on.

When they're not offering anything new and when they're trying to knock this campaign down and the daughter smear and fear.

Anger and fresh ration that's what you get -- fall for that I don't think the people of this country gonna fall for that.

I think they want to see us get back on top -- America boom and we're gonna do that all right last question as you look at the pictures look electoral map.

Florida important state and Ohio.

Wisconsin -- -- play you believe and we absolutely.

And Iowa New Hampshire Nevada Colorado.

New Mexico.

You know all of Pennsylvania.

You look at all those states the swing states the ones that will define this election and the winner forty thoughts what they first of all these are states that.

Senior citizens want to know that they're not gonna have a Medicare rated they wanna know that promises that were made them of the organizer retirements -- are going to be capped.

They're small business states -- states where most people do their jobs from success the small businesses.

And they want a commander in chief who is championing small business not demeaning success.

So I really believe -- states in Wisconsin.

I come from midwest some in the US guy went to college in Ohio.

This is where I come from and it's my firm belief.

That people are sick of these failed policies.

They soft -- Obama positions so there's one thing in 2008 and now he's an entirely different kind of the candidate.

And they want leadership were offering it and I think they're gonna vote for her kids and like I haven't had a -- -- I don't find looks like there haven't thought -- they've been edited like.

Congressman great to CNN -- -- -- much retiree appreciate it.
