It's not that great -- all right still a new study reveals that academia is biased against conservatives too which I -- dot.
But here's what's new up to a third of the professors said -- would discriminate against conservatives in both hiring and grant proposals.
So they're now openly admitting that rather than resist bias they are governed by at which is why we're covered -- -- now think about it we are ruled and cajoled.
By what we've been told are the best and the brightest in media and government they're all products in places like Harvard and Columbia so they can't possibly screw up.
Until you realize there's no way they can know they screw up since their training ground weeded out any opposition or competition.
And that's how we got the most progressive president ever during a pretty rough time.
He's satisfied all the requirements taking every left wing box and minus an opposing view no one points out -- an idea is nonsense of the -- -- magnitude.
And so that nonsense becomes reality.
Fact is the left always fails we know righty is around to save them.
The immediate response they like the arrangement when you look at who's doing the governing.
And the reporting they're all labeled from the same pot generous helpings of the same spoiled meat it's no wonder we're sick -- our stomachs.
If you wanna I wanna don't want -- have you -- picnic and I I -- because you.
Yeah I told it.
It never buy fruit off the street want.
But that's silly person.
Look at all -- food carts now right that's all I guess I -- they must be food safety standard that wasn't a food cart that you bought it for a bit.
I don't -- -- there with regard I don't know about the telling the fruit -- America.
That's why it's not a good you have you have did you have kids who are Republicans right and I just help them.
While it's true -- -- it thank you mean.
It's kind of an oddity you've got liberal.
Aaron and conservatives kids.
I don't know how -- -- yeah I mean that an impact wrapping my youngest who's now we're gonna get one of your Republican House reelected.
When he went to the college that I went to.
He actually quit some classes because he said.
He's just sick of these.
Is that professors who would not treat conservative arguments honestly yeah I understand that -- I don't like the idea that you would back off -- I think you should engage the argument that gay it forced the conversation.
But in this study what it said was that people who were doing the hiring who were looking at grant proposals literally.
Would exercise bias against conservatives and what does that mean to me it means that the quality of their work is less if you're talking about something that has political cut off.
Off so therefore -- we play the same argument to the media.
I'm sure they exercise bias so has much much capital.
Do you think it's biased pro Obama -- don't I don't know what I think that's -- admitted it -- they'd block -- out there is a lot of liberal bias in the media now why I think there's a liberal bias in this six that most reporters are Democrats if that's what you're asking but most ownership.
How big is different -- any different in academia -- buys it and I'll tell you it's your plumber a Democrat republic I don't care what what do you that is one of becoming and fix the plumbing most reporters are professionals that tightest.
Yeah but no one's looking to my toilet seat for any kind of political retiring I.
When -- came from heroes and I just couldn't.
I mean your plumber comes in a -- to pilot the media has a duty to report the facts that's there there are -- -- Right well look I think in fact the problem is they look at.
Report back -- that there are people and sometimes people say crazy things and they make it out like all we gotta tell you this do but in fact it's.
He's capable actually just thought of a better comparison between -- in the media but I'm not going to -- -- here because it's gross.
In academia and and in some cases the media partly because as Chuck Todd of it I'm an easy to -- -- geographical bias where you where people are concentrated.
This -- that academia can understand the Tea Party by initially they were -- are basis and they were this not the other thing.
And because they're not willing to hire people who might have a different view from them.
They're not and -- With a lot of different thought and so than -- -- -- something new comes along and there.
Conventional wisdom is wrong I think it's wrong I'm Ryan in particular I think they've got the.
And -- which is why they bring it embrace occupy want to try it exactly more online at their assumptions or ally of the assumption also -- -- with -- one that I just brought everybody together this.
I know -- Does that I mean just like on this Occupy Wall Street this is -- another example where I think everybody says oh well this is what it means to have one side in the other when in fact.
You know that we do have a wealth inequality in this country people wonder why Wall Street gets bailed out.
But somehow then it's always have with this -- that's -- -- -- concern that major trend in our society today that the rich are getting -- that's -- -- hockey didn't they don't want to Occupy Wall Street representing.
That concerned because by the time that that movement was -- it resembled.
A different move by the what you're going out of the convention of course because you're gonna see that movement and now we got -- -- mind you this looks like a movement the widest.
Get your plumbing announced you know little widest income inequality gap is coming from Communist countries.
By far much farther -- much wider.
Then capitalist countries I think our we are middle class now smaller than the one in China which is just incredible to -- -- That's it debate for another time coming up kids.
