And it's going to be a beautiful.

For a -- it's our opportunity to did 22 things one.

We've got to continue prosecuting this president.

In regard to what he promised that he would deliver in this country and what actually transpired so that that's still on the table.

But the other piece of this that's going to be very important dresses.

We need to tell the Mitt -- story we need to tell the story about a good decent generous man.

That gave away his father's entire inheritance.

Built something from nothing five good boy is a good husband saved the Olympics and as you know governor I mean -- he was as a Republican.

Governing in a very difficult state.

Did so by balancing budgets without raising taxes.

It's a good message and it's a message about the American dream we're gonna be the party.

That embraces the American dream and you know what were the party that embraces success that we don't look down.

That it I sense an extraordinary enthusiasm of the Republicans are heading to Tampa.

There there's a sense of optimism that this election is gonna turn out well for us because I think -- people look at this objectively.

They're saying you know this is a -- pretty clear choice here one person believes that.

We create jobs in the private sector the other believes it's more government.

Are you sensing the enthusiasm.

As the delegates are derived as you're right there in Tampa where they're coming.

The there.

It is getting really booked up today's -- heaviest travel day.

This is the day that almost that -- -- three quarters of the folks get here in Tampa.

Here's what I I think this is coming down to and I know we can talk about what the president promised about in regard to employment to debt and the deficit.

-- that he everything got worse but.

What I think the cases governors that this president's got a problem with the American dream but he's got a problem with success and and and and no parent in America whether you're Republican or Democrat no parent.

Is wishing for their kids this glass half empty America this miserable view.

Of this cradle to grave life of -- society that this president wants to stick us with.

No one wants that.

And so we're gonna provide a message of optimism.

Hope success.

The American dream.

That's a winning message and that's going to be the Republican message moving forward.

Very good audiences.

-- you on that -- One other thing sort of overshadow this commission is the potential hurricane Isaac.

Tropical storm at this point could turn into a hurricane.

Talked to us about the what ifs.

We don't think it's gonna hit Tampa directly are you pretty optimistic that things go on as scheduled.

I'm optimistic command as I sit here today if so this is strongly today as I did yesterday that we're gonna move forward.

As planned however.

I mean that being said I think we all have to be.

Real and a sense that number one.

Our number one concern is the safety of our delegates their Stanley guests obviously this tropical storm or hurricane is going to hit somewhere on -- And we we were there worry about that.

But here's the thing that you all need to know.

We have contingency plans.

In place in case we need to be nimble and make decisions very quickly we're not -- do anything to put anyone in harm's way.

But as we sit here today we have every intention of having -- conducting the business of the convention nominating me around named Paul Ryan from the floor.

And getting our business done next week and having a great week.

With our with our delegates.

I think a very Smart move was to move and -- speech from Monday to Tuesday since the networks decided.

That they weren't gonna give up political convention.

That the attention they're gonna run reruns of Hawaii 50 I find that remarkable -- -- -- you know what did you really shows your priorities but people need to meet and Romney who is a remarkable person in her own right and an absolutely.

Lovely lady who I think it's gonna charm America I talk to us about the decision to make the move.

And when she will be speaking and how.

It's gonna affect the rest of the program.

Which is going to be speaking on Tuesday night and and I know that they're shuffling some things around for Monday we'll have some meetings later on today.

To figure for -- and through the weekend and that is to figure these things out.

But I mean here's a here's what I think you know the fact that the Democrats couldn't put their act together to get Monday straight.

They had to cancel a big part of your gonna having -- -- -- gonna have at a speedway because they couldn't raise the money.

So they just canceled Monday so because they canceled Monday.

The networks decided well we can't we're not gonna bother with the Republicans on my net find that completely bogus but -- and -- point.

I couldn't agree with -- more.

I've always said.

That people in America of all things they're starving for in this country are real.

Authentic people that want to serve this country -- the pure heart and make a difference people are hungry for real.

And I'll tell you have all the things that people talk about why Barack Obama is the honorable.

Is that he's not real anymore.

He's actually said he was some Indiana hit a message of hope and change and a lot of people bought into it and that's okay.

But he didn't turn out to be who he said he was and what and around it brings -- a table someone who's just a real genuine authentic.
