So former presidential candidates Herman Cain and congress on Michelle Bachmann firing up -- -- the Tea Party supporters.

At a unity rally in Tampa last night mr.

-- says he's got only one objective in his mind.

-- Even.

I am no longer is seeking the opposition of president.

-- -- on a mission to defeat Barack Obama had no better.

And a bit too.

And -- -- -- the crowd there -- Herman Cain.

Joins me now good to have you with us this morning mr.

came welcome thank you Moffett who is again the fact that.

And got fired -- crowd thank you didn't.

Think it is Internet I don't did seem to amount -- -- out of there -- serious message and that message is stay focused on the mission -- a lot of people look at the Tea Party -- -- look at the enthusiasm that your candidacy -- -- from that group -- -- -- Michelle -- as well.

And they say where did where -- -- What do you set.

The the Tea Party citizens' movement -- -- there.

They're just not doing as many rallies since they were doing but let me tell you they all working and one of the reasons that we did that unity rally.

Is that when as the delegates but don't get in -- you're being at the convention and listen to that -- -- full slate of speakers.

We wanted to make sure that we kept the -- delegates inspired.

And that's why we -- so pleased with the turnout of over 2000 people that the rabbit so they just feel bad they are just working on the ground.

There were some reports today that said you know that there wasn't a whole lot of talk about Mitt Romney by name last night.

And even in the early stages of his candidacy concerns that he wasn't really a Tea Party candidate.

My question is how much did bit Paul Ryan -- of the ticket change.

The attitude toward the ticket from the Tea Party in your opinion.

Huge.

I have talked with a lot of people across the country that I'm not delegates that have not elected officials added Paul Ryan to the ticket.

In -- the whole ticket because people understand that in order to effectively run this country or any organization you need a strong 12 combination.

And so the enthusiasm has not playing it is still continuing to go up so I think that that helped.

The other thing that I think helped is that you know but trying to get the bad -- about not being a likable.

When I was the candidate he was what he is one of the most -- likable people.

That I talked to who would do in the debates and so the other thing that this election Paul Ryan India it -- a lot about Mitt Romney's leadership.

Because he could have made a safe choice and he didn't.

-- changes they say that because they -- I have said that that decision.

Was was an executive decision -- it's EU of course are as CEO and executive in your personal history as well.

And it is that how you interpret that in terms of what the best plan was for him and his candidacy and ticket app.

Absolutely when I first saw governor Romney and represented -- -- -- spending together and they were making the announcement.

My corporate.

DNA came out.

I say it now -- and CE old.

And I see apple what a great combination because I happen to believe that -- -- Ryan's steals abilities and strengths complement.

Governor Romney is experiences and I think that's coming through to a whole lot of people.

You know obviously the Tea Party -- very concerned with a lot of issues but you know one of them up huge one is cutting spending yes.

So what are you hearing from the Tea Party faithful and how fired up they are about Mitt Romney candidacy this goes back to our initial it is part of the discussion.

That they weren't all that part about about him initially has that changed.

-- yes it has changed look the process is what idiots.

I was competing against governor Romney.

Representative Bachmann we've all competing and now that that process is -- we -- I know some of us are united behind our ultimate candidate and I -- that all alone whoever gets the nomination I'm going to -- support.

That's why I'm here in Tampa even though I don't have a formal role at the convention don't need -- want one I'm trying to help keep the enthusiasm up.

Of the people who work and on the ground so -- has definitely changed and it has changed polished and what about what's your what's your read on the African American vote in this election.

I believe that the African American vote by the Romney around ticket is going to be bigger than any poll suggests you may not.

Because of the people that run into traveling going through airports going in the -- tales friends of mine.

They are closet conservatives but the polls -- gonna pick it up you may have heard about that NBC Wall Street Journal poll that see it that zero.

-- -- Americans are going to vote for Mitt Romney.

Well I'm not a zero.

Iraq at the -- last night after what all my fellow zeros please stand up.

You had probably a couple of hundred black Americans stand up who gonna vote for Mitt Romney of that -- -- misleading and when we looked into the detail.

They only interviewed a 120 black people for that -- -- of a thousand.

I don't think that's represented yet McCain always a pleasure good to see if there will be here have always thank you --
