Want to improve your golf game well warming up properly might be the key.

I recently met up with pro golfer Brian Dhabi -- -- golf club in New Jersey who gave me a quick fix this lesson before I hit the courts.

The first thing is that your rotator cuff and shoulder socket year I think the golfers need to understand that their -- hit three different positions in the swing thumbs up thumbs out thumbs and so.

In order to prevent injuries in the back with the Sunnis and things like -- just take a driver and just do some slow kicks forward.

Trying to stretch out my hamstring.

There's a lot there's a lot of movement going on here in the hips and that's all related to back injuries low back pain and most people don't stretch out properly.
