I'm just proud to be here.

This weekend and you need to get out and and play golf make a small donation last year we raised almost four million dollars.

Running all the way through Labor Day Monday.

And as you mention those those funds go for word to have to fund scholarships for spouses and kids.

We've had somebody either killed or disabled in Iraq and Afghanistan and that today we have about a million.

Folks at -- in that category with greater than 87% not qualifying for federal education assistance and I think it speaks to the cause that we -- have somebody like the legendary mr.

Nicklaus.

Come out today on behalf of patriot golf day in the PGA of America and the US GA.

Yeah Jack regardless of where over 3500 kids might have this fantastic that's fantastic and you Jack helped design a nine hole golf course for our wounded veterans and Washington State -- -- that is.

But I have to do this for the troops right in that I explained it.

Yeah we we've we've laughed a few times -- we issued the biggest haul pass in the history of this country.

I'll play like six rounds of golf this week in and my wife just gives me a hug and a kiss every time I go out the door.

So it's it's a great thing no yard work allowed your country needs you on the golf course this weekend.

And Jack got real quickly as we wrap this up how humbled are you when you meet some of these troops.

And you just realize how lucky we are to have them doing what they're doing so people.

Like Tiger Woods and like Rory McIlroy can do things like play golf for a living.

Well when I first went out to American lakes which is out and come worsen if anybody's interest in helping with that.

And the first time I went out there I'll never get my first cousin I was telling Jim Martin's and who who had a lost both legs in an -- in Vietnam.

In this -- took up golf.

After about twenty years later and watch him and the enthusiasm and excitement and other fellas I was out there hitting a seven iron and we had one of the -- came out.

And he had he had one -- -- launched in Iraq.

And he started seven has hit -- twenty yards but by by around -- my seven -- man.

I said this guy shut and outside these guys it was still impressive to see the rehabilitation how I brought them back into the world in -- -- life it was just something that.

I had to get involved and.

It's amazing Jack I've seen some video of major -- playing with an amputee who would kick my butt all over the golf course -- -- it was humbling and see what they're doing we're glad that you are involved in this project Jack Nicklaus.
