You say I wanna take my destiny -- my own hands I wanna be in control of whether or not I have a job no guarantee -- success absolutely not it just depends on how much hard work you're willing to put in in any given time.

And that's I mean that's really what it comes down to you know these people back here they're working every single one of our franchisees as.

I don't want to be beholden to -- I want to work and be successful under my own strength and in my own power and do as well as I can.

Based on the amount of effort I'm willing to put it.
