Hi Bill O'Reilly thanks for watching us tonight the Democratic Convention of 2012 all that is -- subject of this evening's talking points now.
First lobby traveling to Charlotte on Thursday that the president's big speech but for tonight and tomorrow.
What do we did last week we'll have some factor analysis and also bring you some of the speeches.
As you may have heard Fox -- dominated the ratings other Republican Convention in Tampa beating every.
TV news operation in the country and boy they man.
Thank you all very much.
Now down -- North Carolina the Democrats are really up against -- this year.
-- stories -- a new poll conducted for the hill newspaper confirms that.
Survey among likely voters asked based solely on job performance.
As President Obama deserve to be reelected.
54%.
-- -- 40% yes.
6% not sure.
When asked as a country in better or worse condition overall that was four years ago 52%.
Say worse 31% that are 50% about saying.
So you can see the mood of the country is not with President Obama and Democratic Party -- for.
In order to defeat Mitt Romney -- the Republicans and Democrats gonna have to do some high step it.
The first thing they'll do is tell voters they all are absolutely better off than they were four years ago they just don't know it.
The Obama team will also continue to blame all the bad stuff.
On former President Bush.
America is better off today.
-- they left us when they -- Okay.
-- weren't so hot.
The board John I don't indeed you know -- stated let me just sum it up this white votes.
You want to know whether you're better off I got a little bumper sticker -- Osama.
-- will that bumper sticker be enough.
There's no question the country is worse off today despite the vice president's.
Rhetoric then when President Obama took office and if your -- is someone who disputes that.
Immediately terminate the conversation because that person is irrational Kool Aid drinker take a look at this chart.
When President Obama took office unemployment was at seven point 8%.
After three and a half years it stands at eight point 3%.
Median income when the president -- -- -- 55000.
Dollars now 51 pounds.
Gasoline prices in January 2009.
Dollar 84 per -- now three dollars 82 cents a gal that's painful working folks and it's largely ignored by the present.
National -- Ten point six trillion -- mr.
Obama took -- the oath of office is now more than sixteen.
Trillion dollars.
An astronomical and dangerous rise.
Find a budget deficit and President Bush's last year 458 billion dollars in 2011.
Under President Obama had risen to nearly one point three trillion again a dangerous amount -- money to have to borrow.
So -- -- Democrats can spin those stats they're install.
Countries in trouble no question about it but there is a question about how to get out of that trouble.
Many voters believe President Obama has had enough time to improve things that if a football coach inherits a team -- team's worst three and half years later coaches out -- there coach it's fine.
Mr.
Obama's his weight limit his situation is unique.
Historically after these big financial crises.
You know where a lot of people are heard dealing with -- -- or a collapse of the housing market.
You know that creates bigger challenges we're seeing this not -- here in the -- states around the world but.
What I would say is the steps that we've taken and saving the auto industry.
And making sure the colleges more affordable and investing in clean energy and science technology it was search.
Those are all the things that we're gonna need to grow -- long term.
-- -- no use in debating President -- opinion he believes it and so it was follows all the charts of the world not gonna change jamaat.
So it's -- to you the -- to decide whether Mitt Romney in the Republican should get a chance to improve things.
And therein lies the question more.
Talking -- -- -- the beginning of this campaign that the vote will be a referendum on Barack Obama -- be an up or down vote on him.
Republican Party knows that -- for governor Romney's gonna play very safe -- -- to be drawn into any policy controversy it's not gonna make any bold and fresh statements.
He simply going to say.
The president Obama's failed bring prosperity to America and that he Mitt Romney will be able to do that.
As a president he will say that Romney's vision will not succeed but of course of president doesn't know that it's a hypothetical.
I believe that if America continues its record spending continues to borrow billions of dollars every day the economy's gonna get much worse but I can't prove that.
Just what I believe.
Many liberals don't seem to care much about looming bankruptcy they want to provide social just this.
And it all really care about the unintended consequences to them fiscal responsibility.
Not a factor at all.
So throughout this Democratic Convention this week you got to hear that the Republicans want -- to folks by taking away their rightful stuff.
We'll also hear how the president wants to help the poor and middle class and he will tax the wealthy and business owners in order to give the folks worst.
It's really useless debate those points over and all of Republicans want competition and an open marketplace capitalism Democrats want government control -- economy and social justice you're gonna have to make the call.
Both Obama and Romney want power and a way to get -- to tell voters that you'll look out for that to the rhetoric goes round around around and get us anywhere.
Talking points a big performance -- president surely knows his administration has not been economically affect.
Fact he didn't solve an incomplete when asked to -- his overall performance that may be generous with every economic category down day.
With the folks paying two dollars a gallon more.
To gas up.
With the nation -- sixteen trillion dollars in complete seems to be a soft war.
America's in trouble.
Politicians of both parties got to recognize that it -- some about.
-- all of us will suffer big time in the years to come we need unselfish leadership Abraham Lincoln leadership.
And we we the people need to recognize the truth the BS.
Has to walk.
And that's now.
