Here the vice president he -- governor Mitt Romney pretty hard on the issues of taxes and jobs so how to his claims really measure up to the fact.

And one of the things that jumped out was when the vice president criticized part of governor Romney's budget plan and said it would lead to more jobs overseas.

But to our fact checking -- he didn't tell the whole story first here's that sound -- As a matter fact.

In his budget proposal.

It is tax supposedly calls for a new tax.

It's called a territorial tax.

Which the experts have looked that.

And they acknowledge it will create 800000.

New jobs.

All of them overseas.

He's talking about Romney's idea for corporate tax reform in which she wants to exempt corporations from paying domestic taxes on foreign profits.

The vice president -- citing a study that didn't actually look at Romney's plan.

And didn't say that the jobs created overseas would come at the expense of jobs created here at home.

Plus a number of members of the president's export council have supported the idea of -- territorial tax as well.
