We like to hear your eyes passport OK are you prepared I am I am I mean isn't he -- he -- your.

One of the little delivery of their government that there is that if yeah John Candy Tuesday night responsibilities that that.

Cool about Islam does not love the round just and I got the support library out.

What -- up today.

What if the issue is this this platform business and that.

It might have been the biggest story ever but it was certainly -- revealing window into the democratic.

Party's activist -- They took god out of the more prominent it was like that ultimately there as recently as four years that -- now.

And OK -- -- the Democrats are entitled to their party platform what was striking though was the press's lack of interest in this story fox covered it but.

It did not make ABC news at all that made about ten seconds on NBC.

And if this had been a Republican Convention exact same thing happening with the present president of the convention this case was Democrat mayor we will -- because of Los Angeles have been Republican equivalent of that.

You know in and at Tampa two weeks ago.

And and that made it.

Call without voices that -- -- include everything majority the death.

Tennis and the -- that's that's the term.

Caught word and he -- and dredge up and I don't think they got two thirds of the get a majority -- this have been a Republican Convention they would have acoustical engineers and -- He told the hearing the decibel levels and so on.

And they were interviewed everyone of the delegates the two they're American seemingly with the teachers that we were that we -- we're seeing this on the soundbites.

They'll be household names right now they'll -- a front page there I'm talking about -- -- and I by the people Republican instead.

It was Democrats so the whole thing -- -- -- I agree with that what I did they do it was an odd moment to sort of voice -- part of that.

But now in fairness when it comes a voter suppression than that the Republicans are far far ahead and have taken a nationwide and Nick Collins stayed I stayed -- So segue.

But yeah I mean that that would then the platform part was.

Not the finest moment in an otherwise stellar convention and -- -- immediately was he was a wonderful couple of days for the Democrats.

I guess the real question is how much will it matter ultimately -- and it won't matter that the tree falls in the forest nobody reports -- that it doesn't matter and that's that's their handling.

Overall you know I was talking to some friends over Labor Day weekend and there is some of some people are very good politics and people are.

Some people really -- people don't.

But -- overall folks can tend to be at this point allotments and to be a little bit confused by the poll numbers.

How important are today at this point sixty days -- Look I worked in the Reagan campaign -- -- anything we were.

Behind.

All through September and October.

It wasn't until the last week.

Of the that is that the Cleveland debate the one debate and Reagan part of October 28 woman to get to before the election we went from even our plays Batman kind of templates -- So I think the big thing expect is that government -- -- watches political theater the first debate October 3 is -- -- really at an October 12 and today is the vice presidential debate.

And I think I -- obvious that those will be the real resonance of things number we kind of like this for the next month.

I think -- the -- and on the money and ended the I mean the reality is there's not a whole lot of undecided people out.

But those moments in the debates we think about moments from past campaigns that stick out her memory is so often they are from the debate -- -- -- the two candidates one on one.

Going after each other.

And somebody makes a -- somebody says something dumb.

And some of the dynamics can change and frankly you know just a couple points.

Which either way could change the race.

And I also it's also important to look at sort of how they break down the lovers and specifically you know -- -- likely voters.

And that type of thing.

That enthusiasm for the candidate.

All right guys thank you very much for joining us today -- you I guess you could be seen and.

FOX -- -- at 2:30 and 11:30 eastern time.

On Saturdays and I think if we if we -- Sunday's vote -- -- hosted by Becky lovely I universe sorry Brad.
