-- in the -- -- -- it Glickman political humorist liberal comedian dot com good to see it's gonna see and joining us from DC as so often Bradley when former deputy assistant.

To president George W.

Bush -- to see you Brad.

So you guys so is this fat to.

Given that given that you guys went off to John Kerry.

For being out of touch with the common man and windsurfing on weekends.

A few years ago is it fat and out -- the Democrats get to criticize your guy could be had a tough to the government well.

Look if you have no news good news to you can count on your record you go negative -- this is part of what I call the 3-D defense.

Democrats you distort Romney Ryan's record you distract away from your own abysmal record and then you divide the American people.

In class warfare in the Robin Hood theory of economics but.

Obama is rich too -- a multi millionaire the problem with Obama is he's rich and -- basically from being famous he's famous for being famous.

Where Romney actually created jobs and ran multiple companies and made investments Obama is a brand to himself.

And he got rich being Obama.

So look how rich is rich.

Obama's a multimillionaire.

Running as a multi millionaire Obama is a failure and -- -- -- success.

Scott.

I've Sheen that you would say that it's it a law or it will would you say it's a game that at candidates wealth and tough shall not with the common man who oversaw you know -- is criticizing President Obama as well and I'm fairly saying it's because of his -- even wrote a bestselling books again and in the -- didn't say -- no -- -- you -- -- -- -- -- -- I'm not criticizing Mitt Romney a wealthy.

And no I had -- with Williams report the Democrats are not.

Demonize Mitt Romney is he's wealthy what they are asking for the same kind of transparency that any candidate and -- his father did just you know it would tell us what you're all about -- -- -- saying.

Obviously -- have to be wealthy to run -- these days and -- is saying that the Bain Capital experience with evil is just saying.

He's basing his campaign on my work -- Bain Capital makes you qualified to turn the economy around Democrats say well that's what private what is the goal is not to help companies is to help their shareholders of bank capital which is finds that evil but that's what the job -- Brad.

And our -- different matter leaving the wealth question alone I was intrigued.

This weekend -- he had governor Romney.

Say that he will on the I believe it was -- on Meet the Press that he would keep certain parts of president Obama's health -- Oval hole now that you've do you think that he is always thought that this is perhaps a return this sort of I've moved we -- with some more moderate voters know that he's got the conventions out of the way.

I believe he's always believed that the problem -- obamacare is -- -- it -- leave it.

The bill as it exists you can't carve out well president he's like I'm gonna get really tired well you'll you'll candidate says that's exactly what he willed it now.

He will -- you will repeal and replace and what they replacement will be is some of the things.

That are in obamacare.

Like pre existing conditions and allowing.

He used to stay on their parents policies for certain period of time.

He he likes that the question -- you can cherry pick what you like without dismantling the entire bill.

And he wants a more market based solution which is not included obamacare so you have to replace and repeal obamacare was something different.

And and more market based and fairer for the American people but yeah there's some things within the obamacare bill that certainly should be sustained and it.

Scott you were you surprised by governor Romney's remarks only it was it was deprived of the conventions it appeared to me that it was we will repeal obamacare.

Well now it suddenly.

Well you know -- like parts of it -- first to clarify he did say.

He's in favor of you know not stopping people get insurance because the previous editions of -- but.

What people that data that he believes they needed to have uninterrupted insurance those who have not had on the -- insurance would not be covered when.

Also he's afraid of anything yet.

Don't they would that's an okay and can also sent keeping kids and -- parent put the 26 he wants that -- left but the bottom line is.

As people have to know Romney care is the basis for Obama camp.

Care as the biggest fraud in the world -- this so this is up for a plan that is based on his own plan they didn't know Brad.

It's it's a -- point that there -- a letter a heck of a lot of similarities at least between what governor Romney did in Massachusetts and what President Obama has done nationally.

No look what's good for Massachusetts is not necessarily good for California New York we have -- -- -- for eight.

Country what I did pretty good as states.

Let them pay it would have made a difference the penalty is a different -- we called a penalty Supreme Court called -- attacks it's it's not fair it's not right.

And but I believe in a market based solution where we should break down the barriers to insurance and allow.

Consumers to buy insurance in fifty states right now I'm faced with a monopoly.

Pretty much in Virginia.

Right the deal with the companies who were entitled to do business.

In Virginia I can't -- my insurance could you imagine if I was able to -- my insurance with the insurance company that now represents me.

I would have a fabulous.

Policy not only on my home insurance in my automobile.

My health as well problem is the law doesn't allow it if we broke down some of these barriers made it more market based I think.

That not only the youth would be able to afford it not have to be on the parents' policy but everybody else would have a better shake and and national health insurance golf.

-- -- you get to you -- no -- have been somewhat encouraged by the way the polls of the have moved since the convention.

President Obama does seem -- more of events than governor Romney did.

Out of his convention despite the weak job numbers on Friday.

-- Do you think this election is still going to be a one percentage point kind of election -- do you think president -- been getting to pull away.

Well I would like to think that the president could pull away I think he did commit fewer but stronger because the people yes think -- did -- -- now -- now where anybody wants it to be but I think he painted a better picture for the future we're gonna go.

That Ron -- despite back to the convention showed him to be a nice guy and a good family man of the great marriages are all nice qualities he did not has not gotten specific he's not -- -- -- get all about what tax deductions he would make people really want to know these these specific plan that's steadily.

And they will get this later the whole voter suppression issue -- and that worries me about that the how come Brad.
