Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria Molina from the fox -- -- weather center with your forecast for.

The northwest and also the midwest and we are starting to see a bit of a warming trend out across portions of the Pacific northwest.

Seattle where into the seven he's now 74 for your high 83 over report link.

And almost a hundred over in Medford 98 degrees for high temperature today.

Otherwise Montana still relatively cool seventy for your kind -- 66.

Over across portions of the northern Rockies and that's -- because we actually have a strong cold front that's pushing eastward behind -- you have relatively cooler temperatures.

Minneapolis upper sixties for you today.

64 -- who falls in many apple is by the way you -- in the ninety's -- -- this fund has really brought a dramatic change in your temperatures.

Head of it we're still seeing some temperatures in the ninety -- like in the morning 91 for -- high -- over in Kansas City.

And as we continue to attract -- -- across portions of the Great Lakes also seeing a rise in your temperatures Chicago 8785.

Today in Detroit.

There is going to be some showers and some thunderstorms associated with this frontal boundary you can see some of that already today.

Across portions of Minnesota and northern Wisconsin -- and to Iowa and even portions of Kansas and Nebraska.

We need the rain across portions of the midwest so this is some welcome news.

It's not going to be putting us out of our drought by any means but -- we'll take a couple of inches here and there when we can get it behind this is some very dry.

And portions of Pacific northwest coast will actually be experiencing an elevated fire danger should -- keep that in mind.

Then night early Thursday morning -- front wheel slowly continue to push -- -- parts of the Texas Panhandle and Oklahoma panhandles.

We'll be seeing some significant rainfall otherwise -- scattered light activity across parts.

The Great Lakes into the midwest and then by Friday the front keeps pushing eastward into interior portions of the northeast.

Behind it relatively quiet across the midwest and a northwest.
