Kelly President Obama is already back on the campaign trail heading -- -- Vegas.

Rally this afternoon.

Earlier he addressed the nation from the Rose Garden condemning the attack in Benghazi Libya.

That killed.

The US ambassador Chris Stevens as well as the information officer Sean Smith and two other as yet unknown named.

Staffers.

Absent from his remarks at an earlier attack.

In neighboring Egypt.

Where protesters scaled the walls at the US embassy in Cairo.

Ripping down the American flag replacing it with a black -- popular with hard line Islamic groups as they chanted.

About Osama bin -- Our chief White House correspondent Ed Henry live at the White House now Ed.

Well -- and after the president's remarks in the Rose Garden he went over to the State Department just a few blocks here from the White House to reassure.

American diplomat said the US government stands behind them that we're beefing up security around the world searing moment not just for American diplomats American.

Americans all around the world obviously for Americans including US ambassador to Libya.

Murdered in cold blood in Ben Ghazi obviously you see you've seen these terrific paint pictures of protesters.

There taking over the scene oh last night etc.

this is the first American -- killed in the line of duty since 1970 -- some new information were picking up.

From a senior administration it is official is that the administration.

Does have some suspicions now early suspicions.

That this was a planned attack that led to these four murders and that this was not necessarily just some protesters as spiraling out of control -- his official stressing.

That the administration is not jumping to any conclusions yet this is still very early in the investigation they're not closing any door any possibility of what led to these murders but I can tell you the president made clear in the Rose Garden that justice will be -- We're working with the government of Libya to secure our diplomats.

-- also directed my administration to increase our security at diplomatic posts around the world.

And make no mistake we will work with the Libyan government to bring to justice the killers.

Who attacked our people.

Now after the remarks president did not take any questions from reporters we could not press him on exactly he plans the handout that's just that's what I.

Action will be taken up by the American government also important to note that when he says there that the US will be working hand in hand with the Libyan government to get to the bottom -- -- there are some reports suggesting.

That after the American ambassador was moved out of the conflict to a safer second building that there may have been some Libyan security forces -- shipped off some of the protesters who Wear the ambassador had gone and then they were able to get him eventually kill him -- -- three other -- -- a lot of questions still outstanding.

Unbelievable.

And Henry thank you.

There -- some.

Very.

Distressing pictures of our ambassador.

Being.

It's not clear dragged helped.

It's not clear through the streets of Libya which will get to.

Momentarily.

For more reaction all of this let's bring in Fox -- strategic analyst Ralph Peters he is the author of the book -- at Gettysburg and joins me now Ralph.

And now the now the word is out not confirmed yet but suspicions.

That this was a planned attack a planned attack on our consulate.

In Libya in the wake of what we saw.

In Cairo just hours earlier tearing down the American flag raising what appeared to be an al-Qaeda banner and chanting about Osama bin Laden.

What does it say -- you.

Well the Obama administration's telling more lies.

In a teenage boy in a back seat.

Of course it's -- their planned attacks it's not an accident that both of these attacks happened on September 11 thank you.

The Obama administration let its guard down.

-- are only preventative action was to apologize to Muslims for offending them once again.

These attacks office where we were planned we knew who -- in Cairo is coming.

Because we evacuated the embassy sent people home the government knew it was coming and didn't stop it because.

There in -- ratings battle between the -- just extremists behind this -- From the Muslim Brotherhood about who's more Islamist there was a greater.

Supporter of -- long.

And then we have.

President Obama in the Rose Garden speech as he noted.

Never -- Egypt because he wants to shift away from her failed the administration's -- Egypt and policy.

You've got him.

The administration covering up for all the apologies and take all we reject all.

A tax on religion I'm sort of get the exact language.

Well I seem to remember candidate Obama.

Attacking Christians who believe in guns and dogs that we knew we reject all attacks and religion blah blah.

But -- this is a plan set a series of carefully planned attacks staged resulting in the brutal murder.

Our ambassador and three other embassy personnel.

I don't blame the Libyan government they're weak they're under threat they -- their hearts -- in the right place.

The Egyptian government which we give billions of dollars a year refuse to protect our embassy.

Now the Obama administration needs to forget that there's an election in two months get serious about protecting Americans protecting our embassies.

In about our foreign policy at all by the way.

Let's not rush to throw Israel under the -- It is not.

If this wasn't you know we talked with you a while back about when are some of our military members and Afghanistan burned the Carranza and there -- a question about.

It why they did it -- and they've been -- and -- there were questions about that but in any that we apologized for it.

And that was an action taken by members of the US military this film is -- -- film by some guy in California we're told we don't really know anything about it not the US government.

Why would our embassy.

Be coming out apologizing.

To these Muslim protesters in in Cairo about that Ralph.

And is there an argument that they needed to do it to try to tamp down the protests that -- swelling and it was just an effort to sort of keep the peace that clearly.

Did not work here.

Clearly did not work.

Look the problem is that we have members some members of the diplomatic corps and many in the government who placed political correctness above our constitution.

Megan I personally personally am disgusted.

Like gratuitous attacks on any religion.

Although our society condones gratuitous attacks and Judaism Christians and christianity of course but maybe.

You apologies at some point have to stop we need to defend our constitution and not elevate political correctness a bomb.

And as much as I -- nonsense like this film.

It is protected speech under our constitution.

Our military takes an oath to protect and defend the constitution of the United States.

And I wish people worry a little bit less about getting reelected and more about our constitution.

Our values and protecting Americans -- bottom line here Megan.

He administration let its guard down on September 11 of all days.

And now they're trying to lie their way out.

Ralph is this an act of war.

Legally no it's not because an act of war is it -- state -- aggression against the state.

But it's certainly a war like act and here's how we need to respond.

They're separate problems in Libya and Egypt even though this -- officer behind them in Egypt he responded by telling the morsi government.

The -- -- Muslim Brotherhood government.

This ever happens again.

Anything like it ever happens again.

The billions of dollars a year go away and they desperately need the money because Egypt is hurting and by the way.

-- -- office also are trying to undercut the Egyptian economy and they know this was a blow against T tourism.

In Libya where the government cannot protect itself -- it's -- it's young we need to track down.

That's a law office behind this massacre and kill every one of them no prisoners kill them.

President Obama promises that justice will be done Ralph Peters thank you.
