Back to our top story now violent anti American protests erupting in the Middle East and North Africa.

A look now at Cairo where protesters have set fire to a car.

And I've been clashing with police near the US embassy as this chaos continues to unfold today there's some new calls to rethink.

The aide that the US sends to Egypt and Libya.

In the face of all of this chaos that we watching on the streets from this -- 2010 to 2012.

The US give Libya over 200 million dollars and much more went to eject some 3.2 billion dollars.

For fiscal years 2012 and 2013.

So now the question is should we cut action we withhold.

As we wait for some resolution on what has happen in these countries to eliminate it altogether.

Joined now by -- congressman Peter King he's Republican chairman of the house homeland security committee congressman king welcome back you're good to see this morning.

Thank you Martha what do you think what's your answer those questions.

First of all Egypt has acted disgraceful and president Morrissey has been apologists and Muslim Brotherhood.

He failed to do the most basic requirement.

That was to protect the American Embassy and you're right they've gotten billions and billions of dollars and eight from the United States and -- a sort transcript of the president president Obama's.

-- conversation -- watching this morning when again the president expresses regrets about attempts to denigrate Islam.

Why we corners apology -- continue I don't know what -- should be apologizing and apologizing.

As president morsi apologizing the American flag being burned.

For the American Embassy being attacked so I believe that aid to Egypt should be suspended.

Unless and until president -- -- makes it absolutely clear that he's gonna condemn the actions of these demonstrators and don't take forceful action.

To protect the American Embassy on this Friday the Muslim Brotherhood.

This call for another round of demonstrations president -- he comes out of the Muslim Brotherhood.

He's in the unique position.

To denounce those demonstrations finish and out of our senators -- -- was whatsoever.

There will be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law I do believe -- aid to Egypt should be suspended -- threat to suspended.

-- is an immediate response but -- -- As far as Libya.

It really is no government and Libya it's a new government my understanding so far on and briefed on this morning.

If the government did attempt to where protect Americans and I feel good job of it.

I think we have to reconsider in -- but again -- put -- -- a different position from Egypt.

It they're very different situations as you point out in terms of Egypt that the president said that he does not.

Consider -- really an an ally or an enemy.

That that the jury is still out on that question what do you think about that answer.

Well if he's not.

And allies and why -- we continue to given billions of dollars and -- we gave billions of dollars to president.

Mubarak because he was an ally.

Because Egypt and all -- puts protected peace in the Middle East.

And to cooperate with the US -- -- -- as far as intelligence as far as protecting Israel -- -- -- -- with Israel.

-- she is not doing that so I think until we get it clear commitment and if we don't get it.

That we don't get it -- but until we get it.

-- the -- should be suspended to each of released a real threat of it.

And give them a timeline where they have to comply what we can't clone business as usual we -- -- pandering to -- in the Middle East particularly the Muslim Brotherhood.

And I.
