Among rival Muslim groups in fact the main reason the Pope is now in Lebanon is to address the concerns of regional bishops.

And in Syria it's five point 2%.

Lebanon has the largest percentage of Christians in the Middle East 40% of the population.

And it is the only Arab country where they Christian head of state but there is still a great deal of anti American sentiment.
