Hi everyone I'm meteorologist Maria -- -- out from the fox extreme weather center with your forecast for the southeast.

And if you're looking at relatively cool temperatures out across parts of the southeast specially across Tennessee where Nashville you're expecting a high temperature at just seventy degrees.

And the culprit for this is actually a strong cold front that's pushing eastward had a best system we -- you have winds out of the south.

And that's going in that warmer air on northward so we're seeing temperatures.

Across the -- to Florida pretty warm still ahead of that front nine degrees for -- high in Orlando 89 over Miami.

And across parts of the Carolinas you're already starting to feel the impacts from that front we showers and storms in a lot of cloud covers -- temperatures will be hovering.

In the upper sixties are actually upper seventies into the low 80s83 -- high temperature Wilmington Charlotte at 76.

As you continue to -- west and north take a look at some of that cooler Canadian air already impacting the city of Saint Louis your high temperature today 67.

And 68 degrees will be your high temperature in little -- A lot of rain associated with this frontal boundary stretching from parts of the Florida Panhandle up into parts of Georgia Carolinas and into the -- Into parts a New England.

We -- he's a localized flash flooding unfortunately specifically across parts of eastern Tennessee western parts the Carolinas up into parts of the -- -- West Virginia so that is something to keep an -- -- He could see -- lead to three inches of rain or even more from some of those storms that produced very heavy rain in a short amount of time otherwise severe weather.

Is another concern across the -- of North Carolina on northward.

As a storms don't push on through throughout the day today into the nighttime hours -- -- tiny one -- most of the southeast.

Looks pretty quiet we're expecting high pressure to move on -- behind that front.

Sunshine will be returning as well as a quote the cool temperatures and also lower humidity but you're still gonna have to deal with some lingering showers and storms.

On the tail end of that frontal system across the state of Florida so instilling the umbrellas out there otherwise across the rest of the southeast enjoy the beautiful weather that you have in store for you.

Not only for Wednesday but even as we head into early Thursday morning.

Have a great -- everyone I'm meteorologist Mario Molina from the fox -- senator.
