You said it report suggests some officials in the Social Security Administration or wrongly awarding disability benefits.

The Republican senator Tom Coburn led an investigation into some 300 cases and according to the senator's report.

Officials approve disability benefits in more than 25% of those cases with quote insufficient or contradictory evidence.

The report indicates judges are often rushing through a backlog of claims which could have enormous consequences for taxpayers potentially costing millions of dollars.

-- task is -- -- now he's a former senior vice president of private wealth management Morgan stand -- Morgan Stanley and the founder of -- would capital investment -- are necessary.

Nice to see things that -- set course what we have so far is that congressman is -- senator's report but what do you make of what we have right.

Well it does surprise me I mean we always hear about you know fraud or waste in government in -- Coburn is is terrific because he does this all the time he's always going back -- trying to find.

Where can we save money without spending more money just literally catching.

You know these these pockets.

That they come up in what he didn't have to do is go too far because the judge who was the biggest culprit in terms of -- plot allowing -- disability insurance or benefits.

I was right there in his backyard right in Oklahoma City.

There's -- judge their name -- O'Brien who apparently was responsible for about 90% of the cases they found in this reporter and then my numbers might not be exactly right but he was definitely need in this report and it is it use it.

Is is that the suggestion here that this was done for some nefarious purpose or that once again government is just not doing its job as it's supposed to do its job.

Yeah I mean except in other so much information come -- -- every single day I have a feeling this is not a partisan issue I don't think that there was anything.

You know that was done on purpose I just think everybody is just so busy and they're just trying to get through things and you know why not throw another -- -- billion dollars out there and we were already overspending.

One point three trillion dollars a year that's what our government spends more than what we bring in so why not throw out you know couple more billion dollars maybe is the idea doesn't really.

You know makes sense any of us watching right now our -- in this but the government has tremendous -- we need to stop him no question I don't think many Americans would disagree with you that went.

There there has been a suggestion that in these tough economic times people are looking for ways to stay afloat.

That what some people are doing is applying for disability benefits when they don't really qualify for them.

Yet they don't expected to get disability a benefit one of these you have to deal to say and I actually went online to look it's not hard to apply form.

And what you really are looking for what it says is that you have to believe that you're gonna be out of work because of your disability for a year or longer also be able to have no idea when they get -- unemployment.

-- benefits they start looking at this and people making a really good living living off the government and there's not a lot of incentive to -- out -- -- get a job that they don't want so we're gonna see more and more of this if we don't get this economy going real soon.

Served thank you appreciate it very much conflict all right.
