Hello there I'm meteorologist Janice Dean taking a look at your temperatures across the northwest C a little bit of cooler weather moving in towards the northwest coastline.

But interior sections still very warm much of the west above average -- that will continue heading into the weekend so seven united Jackson.

Now -- further east you go we've got some cooler air across the Great Lakes and the upper midwest so.

At this weekend satellite radar imagery we have a system that's developing across the midwest and the Great Lakes also parts of the midwest as well.

Missouri River valley as well as the Mississippi River valley so.

Just watching that area but nothing organized we're not expecting any severe weather today.

As we head into Saturday that system will move eastward and much of the reason region remains dry.

Into Sunday as well so enjoy it get out there this last official day of summer.
