Pressure increases on the White House to answer more questions.

About what happened the night that four Americans were killed.

In Libya.

The government there claims that it's launching its own major crackdown now.

Against the country's militias will that make a difference in all of this great -- -- -- now -- streaming live from Tripoli.

With the very latest on all this morning -- -- yeah we're just about -- -- away from the deadline for their rogue militias to disband we just spoke with a Libyan official here in Tripoli and he -- it's going.

Better that expected over the weekend here Sunday here in Tripoli.

One of those -- group of militants actually left a base here there was a little bit of skirmishing but again.

Went off OK they're being replaced here and throughout the country -- military military police.

All the started earlier in the weekend in the eastern city of Ben -- that's where we saw a public a rise up.

And -- -- and storm a compound of another militant group there they say they have had enough.

Following the attack the deadly attack on the US consulate in that city and a string of other incidents associated with -- militants.

Analysts Martha I speak to you are a little bit skeptical they think this might be just a tactical retreat for the militant but certainly it's a move in the right direction.

-- could be so what how to solve this impact the FBI investigation that's going on there.

Into the death of ambassador Stevens and three other Americans.

Martha the word -- we are getting on the ground from the -- today is that it is com.

That authorities are more in control and that is a good thing.

Because the -- that we have also been getting on the ground here is that the FBI team has been sent to this country to investigate the crime has been hampered maybe even blocks.

From the -- -- the situation and the crime scene there's of that could help.

Overall frankly also the public is going after the very militant groups that a lot of people suspect.

Had a real hand in the killing of ambassador Stephens and the other Americans and that might be a good thing because.

As for the -- Libyan authorities that we are not exactly sure.

How fast that investigation is going forward we met what one official today.

He claimed to me that they have 25 suspects in custody but frankly in the past week or so we have 41 number two number three numbers for -- And suspects.

One other concern about this crackdown Martha is that the militants are being forced out of these faces they are dispersing and some of these militants might be suspects.

-- people.

Ordered a fine what -- a great point Greg thank you very much very important obviously to find out.

Who exactly carried out those attacks concerned about --
