She's running.
One of the toughest races in the country of one of the most liberal states were talking about New York State the empire state Republican Wendy Long going up against.
Democrat favorite Kirsten Gillibrand to represent New York in the US senate what does she have to do away analysts talker she's here at the big plastic that morning you went that morning -- it.
You say the 2012 is not just an election it's an emergency.
It is you know -- -- all around New York State people feel like they do in the rest of America.
They feel like the country we love is slipping away for months and I want to get it back you know we've had over.
42 months of unemployment over 8%.
More government over regulation is crushing job creators.
The price of gas and food and other necessities is going up as the value of our homes and our paychecks are going down -- America's being attacked around the world.
America's not respected anymore and people -- saying one is this you know.
This is America this -- -- the Titanic we can get it back but we just need to get some different people in Washington.
Absolutely I was down in Georgia this week and I heard a lot of the same thing you're seeing right there.
If you asked me hey you're not for me to tell yet the US senate right now is an embarrassment.
I mean that they have not voted on a budget in three years the house sends over jobs bills and budget proposals they don't -- Come -- exactly right and that's the time the my opponent has been in the US senate the whole time she's been there.
The senate has not done most basic job it has which is to pass a federal budget.
And they've really they've run -- -- national debt -- sixteen trillion dollars and every penny of that money now is borrowed money.
So I've come out and said you know what we need consequences for legislators if I'm elected to the senate.
And that debt clock doesn't start ticking down in the other direction I'll take a 25% cut in my salary.
And I'll introduce legislation that every other member of congress -- to vote on to take the same pledged.
Good that folks here the specifics I'm sure you've been watching the the big race for present United States it's clear the mainstream media.
There in the tank for the president United States they want him to get another four years you feel that you -- Opponent Kirsten Gillibrand is getting the same treatment.
It's obvious the mainstream media is in the tank for President Obama there in the tank for my opponent as well.
For example she had an obvious glaring error -- tax return -- New York Times wasn't even interested in looking at you could be sure that if our my tax return.
They'd be all over she holds herself out as an advocate for women.
Yet she makes apologies for the New York speaker the assembly -- -- paid hush money to cover up a sexual harassment scandal she says she's a woman in politics.
But she hasn't said anything about my being in this race the first race in the United States senate in New York but we've had a woman against -- -- She wants women in politics just not in her -- by the way we invited the senator to appear on FOX & Friends today she declined.
Aren't when he along she's run for senate in New York she's a Republican when he thank you very much for -- but.
