Call it that nightmare before Halloween and Ohio -- township shutting down a popular haunted house created by a teenager every year to raise money for charity.

Our own fire Marshal said he would never let his kids in -- what the safety issues.
Though worsen things that they Entrust us -- saying you know we were saying okay we you know we -- try to fix it we could try to work with them you know there's just.

And that would not only put a strain on the building also puts a strain on the parking on this residential road what could you really do about that issue.

And it's against zoning code to charge people even for -- charity in an area zoned residential.

You know everything was suggested it was just know you guys can't do that now.
So we had to shut down this year.
What kind of reaction are you getting from people who have been going to this for nine years.
People are really upset because become loyal local favorite people come out every year we had people from -- from like Pittsburgh you know traveling stations to -- -- it's been crazy.
Fortunately issue is shut it down and we're actually moving a lot of stuff to another location doing something smaller this year.

It's a great charity make a wish.
