Doctors -- well let's talk what would you say needs to be either fundamental plan of any real reform.

It's good for the patient you know what we even if it's not good for the doctors and hospitals of the vendors -- what's good for the patients out there.

-- so this is this is about big conundrum was coming our way into the price tag is something that the country simply cannot sustain.

Doctors -- your greatest fear.
