And I DD -- he -- -- a copilot who's not a woman.
Carmen cigar.
Is yeah.
What do you make -- this deal may disturb you because what's always interesting when I look at the polling data is that -- President Clinton -- as much better would win.
Well that's what it's all about this is out obviously a campaign ploy -- fine for women on the person for you Mitt Romney's not it's all me ask Julia you know the -- videos that they put together -- the government take care Julia.
Her entire life but it was never Jack because of his -- -- -- -- slacker so you know it's all about -- -- now about the independent women's vote pandering.
-- -- I think the problem that Mitt Romney would having been sort of picking up a ball and trying to attack.
Obama with -- is that he comes from the financial services industry an industry where the disparity in pay for the same work is actually.
Very much higher than what -- statistics.
Offset any sense on those dominant -- this guy saying there's no proof of that.
So well I think this -- -- guy's head was that.
This is an average of all professions and so as a professional and you know -- an average while women make 77 cents on the dollar.
But the reality is that in the financial services industry that gap is much bigger than that.
Cost just be careful here we're talking gender -- quicker than you.
Well you know Obama has always done better amongst women I mean he did much better -- women in 2008 that has been sustained.
The challenge for him however is that he's not doing as well amongst women in the polls now as he did in the election in 2008 amongst women.
And that creates a bit of an uphill battle form going into this election that's -- both campaigns are struggling as hard as they are to reach out to women who.
Incidentally make up and have made up over the past few election cycles a majority of voters in this election in the presidential elections how could Romney better reach out to win.
Well I think he's got to make a case that the types of policies he has fought for his career makes sense for women that they have not left women behind -- any.
Meaningful way and also that the things that he supports are not antithetical to what women in America want and in some cases.
There are big differences between what the majority of women in America want and what Mitt Romney stands for and believes yeah insurance contraception became a big issue this year and of course the president DD.
Highlighted that it took every day every minute.
Any talk about her -- has got a lot of -- -- you know it's constantly these women's issues an independent women that we're trying to get the vote and if you know that Romney is going to create jobs that's what's most important to women.
Is to be even have a job a good job.
And certainly not have equal pay -- would be paid who are.
How about I think that's been around his push his campaign says women should get paid more than and I think that be a good idea.
He won't do it back with.
