For the first time in my lifetime people are focused on the officials.

You know in baseball and had a probably umpire didn't really care that much I don't care about baseball when they watch.

Umpires are really factored into the game like -- to factor into football think about it the spot -- the ball.

The pace of the game every single play they say for the that this -- you could actually call holding.

You could call pass interference -- you could not -- past and years.

You have a different way to tackle them they just change the rules this is subtlety complexity and speed to the sport of football.

They cannot be replicated or duplicated in any of the sport so basically much of that with a little highway budget there wasn't the substitute umpires well.

He looked like he was -- imagine.

If he wasn't called out budget the first string umpires -- there but it didn't happen.

What happened is they got leverage over the empires and they got them back in line the umpires felt as though they were -- in the game baseball needed to rein them in in my mind.

Lot of them got fired forever they broke it and they -- it they now have some power.

The NFL -- we can do that -- more profitably -- more successful than baseball we're gonna get control over the -- FL referees the problem is what they have is scale.

Then under appreciated by me included.

Until now I think for the first time -- doesn't happen tonight.

I think it'll happen over the weekend you'll see the referees and to the field and for the first time in my lifetime you'll actually see the fans stand and cheer.

And the players applaud the officials how -- Will it last a long time and here's why.

Because any -- the NFL players or or coaches or management or even press you know -- official.

The thing that you want the other guys back the other guys who did know of a pass was intercepted caught the other guys who could pick out pass interference from legal pass play.

Who couldn't find holding any crowded restaurant or subway.

Or do you want the -- that threw his hat down and tripped up the cowboy wide receiver yet that's issue again.

I think tolerance and appreciation from here -- in at least as far as it goes with the NFL at the highest level we think about I think.
