That you can fund raise for such a good cause like the one that you're raising money for why why this why -- cross country bike right.

Well you know originally we we started by biking from Arlington national cemetery Washington -- to ground bureau for the past three years.

And this year we just kind of wanted to make a little bigger and you know -- raise some awareness so we decided that this would be a good.

Opportunity -- kind of honor the fallen heroes.

That kind of chose to serve selflessly and this is a great.

You know -- -- do honor their memory.

I find that an exercise sometimes as a way to really reflect I'm actually running the Marine Corps marathon.

I in honor -- your foundation Carlo the Travis -- foundation and on those long.

It really is -- time for reflection I can I can attest that from personal experience when you're on some of these long rides are you reflecting on any one person or.

Any -- situation that's particularly inspiring you.

You know he was -- -- the great friend of mine but you know honestly not to about Travis about.

All of those service members that have gone before us Blake who are dear friends here -- -- -- I think -- them back and down.

You know -- goes and you know Brendon looney and you know we knew -- the dam burst strength and it.

Really honor it's really honor the hot -- it if he needed there -- What their memory and -- art.

And it is certainly as -- bring up some web -- son.
