You just fly them it's just not a pleasant experience it's really in and there's less flights there's less seats available it's more expensive there's more hassles more waiting everything it's just -- bad experience what's the top complaint among passengers is it lack of on time arrivals -- -- -- customers are asked.

I mean for me personally its customer service I mean I'm actually come through something with the united right now.

I used to buy American I switched united when they -- continental it's just a big problem I mean you have if you call you have to wait -- -- forever if you even get a real person.

If you send me an email sometimes have to wait a month to get a response is pretty bad OK who's the best for on time arrivals right.

The best for on time arrivals is Alaska Airlines and secular be AirTran Alaska is actually great airline they -- -- -- in the in the West Coast obviously up to Alaska.

In all over they have some partnerships -- some of the bigger airlines they're actually very pleasant airline to fly and obviously -- -- -- -- -- what about lost bags lost bags the the workers is definitely American united and the bats would be.

All right one thing that drives me nuts -- boarding procedures now days it used to be aware if you -- gold you're the first person who got to get on the plane or somebody with children.

And then you get these boarding numbers and it's really confusing so even if you have platinum status on airlines -- like people like me who travel active.

It doesn't actually mean you get to board first because -- they have military people and people with disabilities and and people -- children.
