It's hi we have just -- receives some breaking news about the injunction being granted.

In Virginia in terms of the voter ID law.

However in this so we've been waiting for these rule is to come through and all these states and in this case Pennsylvania says now they -- not have a voter ID rule in place for this current elect.

And others that argue that you need voter ID where you need driver's license -- -- who defended pharmacy right.

And -- get an airplane and so they have taken this in various states and allow these states frankly are battleground states Pennsylvania's a state with twenty electoral votes on the line.

It has not been won by Republican since 1988.

-- -- the heavily contested every year does Barack Obama have a lead on Mitt Romney right now perhaps he does -- believe the polls in Pennsylvania again is likely to go.

Democratic yet again but with this judge is saying right now.

But in issuing this injunction he does say though.

For a voter ID he is concerned though about what are the requirements of the lot the lot stated that if you don't have an -- you -- -- the polls in November.

You would have six days to prove to authorities about your identification.

You can vote and cast a provisional ballot.

And improve your identification judge Simpson had problems with that in terms -- being able to totally prove your identity.

And there was some thought that he would would issue a ruling that he would just apply an affidavit.

He said basically as a result quote I will not restrained election officials from asking for photo ID at the polls.

Rather -- enjoin enforcement of some parts -- legal language which directly result.

In disenfranchisement.

Now officials and has -- -- you have said.

That they have been doing all they can to try and give out and distribute free photo IDs to anyone who wants them.

People go to the pen dot which is the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation office you get a free a photo ID.

And so far officials say they've given up about 200 or so what day.

There are about eight point two million voters in Pennsylvania.

Authorities say about 759000.

Do not have a voter ID.

And since the slow into effect the authorities have issued 121602.

-- but now we have this decision from judge Robert Simpson and it is expected to be again appealed back to the State Supreme Court.
