Tonight controversial and now complete video President Obama surfaces and you're not -- parts of the 2007 -- have never been seen before.

Any unedited video then presidential -- Obama veers off and is prepared remarks and he accuses US government a short changing Hurricane Katrina victims why.

Well President Obama -- Senator Obama says it's incompetence but then goes further implies racism.

He was speaking to an audience of African American ministers at Virginia's Hampton University.

Take a look.

What did you tell I'm not really don't want a month let.

There at all federal all when you get.

Reconstruction money from the federal government public separate.

And Gregory trip when you get federal money you've got to give great -- -- -- the local government got to come up with them the grip.

Every -- dollar federal government come up with the local government got to give it up.

Under the drip.

We're not allowed to happen.

The New York -- -- -- -- They're very good group -- the problem.

We can't expect new Yorker editor rebuild on a don't -- that that dollar you've got to put it we have ten dollars and all of the right thing to do.

And it directly.

In Florida -- People could look at that governor.

We don't expect you to come up with -- no money did.

Yeah the money to rebuild -- -- don't wait for you to breakfast together.

Regarding -- part of the American man.

Government not a normal.

-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- Ahmedabad and have -- and taken out.

That somehow the people down to normal and.

Now that was part of the speech that was not reported on during the 2008 presidential campaign other parts were covered but they were still controversial.

One example.

Then Senator Obama praising his controversial Chicago pastor Jeremiah Wright now this was just three months after he canceled him from giving a prayer as February 2007 presidential announcement.

Yeah.

-- out out.

-- -- -- The guy who.

Put up women's day.

Maybe.

Look for my life complain about it.

-- -- -- And a great reader.

Not -- argument I have come to absolutely.

Everybody.

Give.

An extraordinary.

Welcome to my parents are not Jeremiah Wright -- Well yeah.

Now what is really surfaced complete video have any possible impact on the presidential race far presidential candidate and speaker of the house Newt Gingrich joins us pity -- -- To do if you.

I'm curious well and I think that this says tape now the complete -- -- Pardo was on the public domain we'll have.

Any impact whatsoever on the race.

Only.

Think it has some impact -- a little bit like Joseph by another week saying no they want to put you back in changed.

It's it it's a reminder of the depth of dishonesty.

The appeals to racism.

The factual falsehoods.

That are at the heart of the modern -- -- knowing what does senator then senator.

Obama said was just factually false New Orleans got far more money -- New York City a new laws got a great deal of money that was not -- matched by the Stafford act.

The process of the federal government taking care for the people of New Orleans in fact was far larger because the problem was much larger.

-- an entire city that was a disaster as opposed to the immediate crisis of 9/11.

And the World Trade Center but the factual inaccuracies.

Are the heart of the modern left if they have to rely on the facts.

They will lose every time.

So -- just routinely engage in -- -- -- -- which by the -- the vice president -- again today talking about the middle class.

All of this is the same stuff -- all the consistent pattern.

A fundamental dishonesty.

And appeals to race in ways that frankly the press ought to be making totally discredited.

Yeah I consider a slightly different feel that I think that if this were the year 2002008.

It might have a greater impact.

But you know we've we've we've had a chance now three and a -- fears of a President Obama administration.

You don't love -- -- hated are your different mean now he has a record and back in 2007.

I think that we put him under the microscope -- we should any candidate.

-- and particularly him because we knew so little about him he didn't he wasn't in the public eye for a long time now -- I would expect the people -- making decisions are you better off anywhere three and a half years ago.

Is the world safer do think we're going in the right direction you know those types of questions I think.

His record.

Has a far greater impact.

Then what he said -- 2007.

I could be wrong.

-- -- -- -- but I did -- -- I don't think this particular speech.

Is definitive but it's a reminder notice on Ben -- for example you have the same pattern of dishonesty.

In the Obama White House that you had in the speech -- just showed from 2007.

The amazing thing is -- degree to which the elite media.

Desperately tries to avoid all of us and tries -- they didn't cover -- in 2007.

They don't want -- covered in 2012.

And yet you've just seen literally over the last two and a half weeks a pattern breathtaking dishonesty he talked about the record.

We'll take a look at the actual facts that are coming out about when we learn things in Trenton and Libya.

And what this what administration is said to us and it's a record there is filled with fundamental basic dishonesty.

In that speech actually -- asset to the whole speech to that went through this whole 2007 speech quite like the and it's now online.

-- he talks about you know about poverty he talks about the inner city and when you hear -- he thinks that -- you know that -- recent huge problem in this country for so many people whether you're the -- -- -- generally of the what is paid -- it is a crisis in this country.

Any talks about how we have Bob how important is.

Yet eat out in in this race you hear nothing about the inner city issues here or nothing about whether we anybody -- had yet as this incredible poverty.

Whether that person's life -- changed on the last three and a half years and -- I don't see any of it.

-- fact it's worse than that you take -- if you assume for a minute that his desires to help people were real.

Then he is a total abject failure.

A 100% the American people are paying more for -- today guess is the highest price it's ever been that hurts everybody but particularly hurts the poor.

The unemployment rate particularly hurts minorities and -- -- younger minority members so -- failure economically hurts everybody.

I didn't mean what she's piling up debt which moves our tax money which could have gone to schools could have -- health -- could have done other things -- -- gonna pay interest on the debt.

That hurts everybody.

And many ways it's almost sad to go back and look at that speech and realize the degree to which he has failed.

To achieve any of the goals -- implied where his goals back in 2007.

What he did say that he was getting health care that that he did do whether you like -- -- -- did you have a one of the things they said he's been speak about the debt.

Is what he said and -- he was rather sarcastic about other politicians in the speech.

And -- he said in party said don't worry about trillions of dollars in debt someone else will pay it is being sarcastic about politicians who run up -- -- have no concern about the debt his sarcasm.

Not you fast forward -- -- out in just the last period in the clashes at a one point three trillion to the debt and nobody is over here what -- you know he's not Washington working out at the Capitol Hill as a working on it what does running up the debt we have no idea what sequestration or the tax cuts so it sort of makes a mockery out of the whole process when this is this morning -- in 2007 as -- Canada week he thought it was important that.

Well I look I also think there's a deeper part of this wedges.

That definitely Canada on the one hand said he wanted to bring us together and then give speeches like this that are clearly divisive.

I mean there's no way you can listen this speech and not hear it as -- deliberately.

Divisive speech the pits Americans against each other and does so largely with racial innuendoes.

That are very very clear when you hear the speech.

Well let me talk now about and -- the -- spoke a lot of course the offender is today is vice president Joseph Biden and what is that -- for the vice president outright admitting in the middle class has been buried the last four years.

And is opponent vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan jumping all over that comment.

This is dead -- man this is deadly earnest.

How they can justify.

I can justify.

Raise your taxes on the middle class has been buried.

The last four years.

Hollywood lord's -- can they justify.

Raising their taxes and these tax.

Vice President Biden just today.

Descendant of the middle class over the last four years is very -- bearing.

We agree.

Thank you need -- stop digging looking man.

And even express.

Very another thing very -- regulations are being married my taxes are -- Rickey and Barry I'm borrowing.

They're being very him.

By the Obama administration's economic failures.

So all the Obama campaign it take a political hit would that -- mister speaker is that I mean that says so they just a tough these days.

But -- it's it's pretty hard today giving Joseph Biden says seriously but if you look at it fermented.

They're two parts -- it.

He admits that in the last four years that is the Obama years the middle class has been -- is -- set a while ago highest price of -- history here's the middle class.

The unemployment rate hits the middle class the debt that's being piled up hits the middle class but then he goes on to say something which is just frankly -- No Republican is proposing a tax increase on the middle class.

None zero there are no proposals to raise taxes -- class who's proposing to raise taxes.

Obama who actually has a whole range of tax increases and obamacare.

Obama so Biden pivots and says something to charges Republicans -- -- totally -- after having admitted.

That in the time he was vice president of real class was varied and I did all right scattered resistance.

There's buried by taxes is very but unemployment it's very very regulation it's buried by debt it's very -- a variety of government actions.

Under Obama and Biden.

And I'm sure that he wishes he hadn't said it but Joseph Biden in that case was sharing an insight into what's happened.

I two part question no one part you won't want to answer but -- -- both took part.

What is the one question president Bob Knight doesn't want to be guests tomorrow night and here's a question I don't think -- want -- answer but what is the one question that governor Romney doesn't want to -- -- -- tomorrow night.

-- you -- how much you so much more clever than I am had not occurred to me to try to come up with that and -- sure I'm Smart enough to come up with it right now.

I -- I suspect that Obama will go after Romney.

On the whole why don't truly should taxes all that personal stuff is us into the heart of the campaign I think that governor Romney voters simply asked the president.

How does he justify running for reelection -- economy this bad policies this failed.

And the good his complete inability to bring Washington together get anything done I think the more Romney can stick to the facts.

The more trouble Obama will be in tomorrow night.

What do you expect to and I in terms of did people think that this is to me like some huge inventors this service you know this -- one debate many -- chipping away at what surveyed Justine is I I think is that afterwards the pundits and analysts and maybe I'd be doing that.

Is kept calling who won who lost.

Well I think look I think it's a very clear cut situation.

Romney has to -- -- and be very clear and very factual and stick to his grounds.

He's got to recognize is up against the incumbent president states Obama will try to overall him.

And I think Romney's got to be able to stick straight in there.

Not -- not back off he's got to recognize is going to be double teamed by the fact is Jim -- is part of the cultural left.

And you so Russo -- he's got to communicate pass lair and passed Obama to reach the American people.

If he does that I think you could have a very good night and I think you could -- -- very different race by Thursday morning.

What do think Tim Blair's going to be unfair reasons -- gets is that the spotlight on him in a minute if I had that he's going to be I assume is -- Try -- best to be fair.

-- he'll try his best if there I'm I'm not saying he's a partisan I'm saying he comes out of a news media culture.

You know the whole network of of of where he lives where he operates what he does which has the assumptions of the left.

And what you ask questions on the framework of -- -- so they're very often in their mind being totally neutral when they ask questions -- clearly.

Reflect the biases of the left.

And I think that's a key part of this.

Did think that day in the is that in general moderate trying to pit one can against the other not to -- the substantive issues but to generate a little spark.

-- artists -- quote generate news.

I think all too often.

The moderator -- try to play -- they try to be clever.

They did that did this show becomes can the moderator look intelligent.

I really would much prefer to see debates in which there was no moderator there was a time keeper and the two candidates controlled the whole thing.

And the two candidates had to talk without mean.

Who can tell you -- -- minutes what's the right question to ask.

And I think you'd be much better effort to two candidates ask each other questions but the two candidates make their case.

You know Lincoln and -- -- -- a time -- they didn't have a moderator.

-- hit it act in -- unfortunate happens and all of this may try to get a snapshot of the candidate ninety minutes but.

-- from the debate it is true that we're gonna have if neither candidate makes a gap that's a while we're gonna play a million times you know whatever is kind of weather in the middle.

Commit last night -- in Massachusetts and a senator brown against Elizabeth Warren and both sense of the -- goofy I've seen that played a billion times or heard a week.

That's regrettable -- the unfortunate part of this but the viewers get to watch the whole thing.

By adding event to give the viewer tunes and it is a chance to see both peoples side by side.

The great danger for incoming president is if the challenger comes off as being competent.

In that setting all of a -- the challenger is elevated to being equal of of of the incumbent president and I think incumbent presidents have more at risk.

Going into these debates -- -- the challengers.

Is it Smart to engage your opponent -- distill the moderator -- just turn of the opponent your opponent and say -- -- and and challenged that one.

I think you're better off to talk straight to the American people not in talking to a moderator but talking the American people although.

You know one of the most famous lines could direct your point.

About clever lines was Ronald Reagan saying I'm not to let my opponent's youth and inexperience.

Count against him.

And everybody broke up laughing -- he had taken the issue of his own age.

Turned it over in such a way that if you look at Walter Mondale size he clearly knows of that is that he's lost the election.

And the Reagan is just decisively ended that debate so sometimes it does come down to some magic moment that comes to characterize the whole debate.

And of course you watch our midnight show on the record the special -- right.

Absolutely owned by -- he said about it.

And I speak if they hope I don't kayak I just criticize people kind of raise -- -- -- -- that back back when I was actually I -- easily and -- that maker that blunt I'm gonna watch this I'll be watching tomorrow night -- -- All right right.
